★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un articolo il 16 febbraio sera, oggi è il 24 e non si sa nulla. Sul sito l'articolo risulta disponibile. Alle mail non rispondono e al telefono mi hanno detto genericamente "verrà spedito questa settimana". È giovedì sera e zero comunicazioni a riguardo.
Edit: l'ultima mail ricevuta riguarda la conferma d'ordine. Non ho ricevuto il tracking e tantomeno la risposta alla mail di richiesta info. Se davvero il pacco è stato spedito il 21 vi chiedo di mandarmi il tracking alla mail che già avete e sarà mia premura modificare la recensione.
Ordered an article on February 16th evening, today is 24th and nothing is known. The article is available on the website. The e-mails are not answered and on the phone they told me generically "it will be sent this week". It is Thursday night and no communications about it.
Edit: the last email received concerns the order confirmation. I have not received the tracking and even less the response to the info request email. If the package was really sent on the 21st, I ask you to send me the tracking to the email you already have and it will be my pleasure to modify the review.
