β β β β β Esperienza da dimenticare. Pagamento effettuato, ordine NON ricevuto nemmeno dopo un anno di lunga attesa. Ovviamente molto gentili nel rispondere per telefono e per e-mail, dove mi promettevano il rimborso immediato nel caso l'avessi richiesto (questo anche dopo 9/10 mesi). Al termine del detto lasso di tempo, chiedo cortesemente il rimborso, ma a quel punto la risposta Γ¨ negativa. Mi viene detto che al massimo avrei potuto ottenere un buono da utilizzare in uno store dove il primo ed ultimo acquisto Γ¨ stato un fallimento. Morale della favola: ho pagato un'avvocato per inviare la lettera e una raccomandata postale per farmi ridare 70 euro per una tuta regalo di mio padre e solo a quel punto hanno capito che forse era meglio che me li dessero per evitare una messa in mora.
 Experience to forget. Payment made, order NOT received even after a year of long waiting. Obviously very kind in answering by phone and by e-mail, where they promised me an immediate refund if I had requested it (even after 9/10 months). At the end of this period, I kindly request a refund, but at that point the answer is negative. I am told that at most I could get a voucher to use in a store where the first and last purchase was a failure. Moral of the story: I paid a lawyer to send the letter and a registered letter to get me back 70 euros for a gift suit from my father and only then did they realize that maybe it was better for me to give them to avoid a formal notice .
