Mario come al solito è stato gentilissimo, così come le sue collaboratrici. l'interno del ristorante è veramente bello, curato nei minimi particolari e con una bellissima vetrina colma di formaggi e tagli di carne da cuocere su richiesta del cliente! complimenti ancora per la cucina. Premetto che metto due stelle per un'ulteriore errore nel servizio e per la mancanza di qualcuno a cui rivolgersi al tavolo. Ieri, sabato sera, io e dei miei amici abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante. Nonostante le pizze fossero buone (nulla da criticare), tra l'attesa e la ricerca di qualcuno che potesse portarci delle bottiglie d'acqua, non ci siamo trovati bene. Dopo una decina di minuti dall'aver prenotato, ho chiesto se si poteva tagliare le pizze prima di portarle in tavola. Ovviamente non sono arrivate già tagliate. Ma fosse stato solo questo il problema; una delle pizze è arrivata diversa rispetto alla prenotazione e la cameriera nonostante dei cenni non si è avvicinata al tavolo (al che l'interessato piuttosto che farla raffreddare, ha deciso di mangiarla comunque). In conclusione posso dire che per mangiare sia un locale buono (forse un po' troppo pieno, perché i tavoli erano molto attaccati tra loro), ma il servizio in particolare è da migliorare. Non è stato per nulla piacevole. Average pizza, service not the best. I state that I put two stars for a further error in the service and for the lack of someone to turn to at the table. Yesterday, Saturday night, my friends and I decided to try this restaurant. Although the pizzas were good (nothing to criticize), between waiting and looking for someone who could bring us some bottles of water, we were not happy. After about ten minutes from having booked, I asked if you could cut the pizzas before bringing them to the table. Obviously they did not arrive already cut. But that was the only problem; one of the pizzas arrived different from the reservation and the waitress, despite some signs, did not approach the table (at which the interested party decided to eat it anyway rather than let it cool down). In conclusion I can say that to eat it is a good place (perhaps a little too full, because the tables were very close together), but the service in particular needs to be improved. It wasn't pleasant at all.

La pizza buona, buono l'impasto e il pomodoro, un po meno la bresaola sulla pizza della mia ragazza e i wurstel sulla mia, sembravano entrambi vecchi, come se avessero preso aria. Però di solito io non mi faccio molti problemi, ma queste cose mi danno fastidio: • Coca cola sgasata e con ancora un dito abbondante dal riempire il bicchiere, • Bicchieri un po sporchi (può capitare ci mancherebbe), • Proprietario gentile ma con la mascherina continuamente abbassata o senza mascherina, • Richiesta green pass inesistente, • Scontrino inesistente o almeno non mi è pervenuto, conto fatto con la calcolatrice e mi è impossibile sapere se è stato fatto. E la cosa è già successa nel 2019 solo che non potevo scriverlo dato che ancora non facevo recensioni. Non è che se si vedono 2 ragazzi giovani andare a mangiare allora si può pensare che siano ingenui e che non vogliano lo scontrino. Occhio perché non so come facciate a non fare scontrini e non controllare green pass, e non mi interessa se siete pro o contro quest'ultimo, ma se è una regola anche se ingiusta va rispettata perché prima o poi se viene un controllo vi fa chiudere. 3 stelle di incoraggiamento.
