G	Giorgio Lucero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo ritornati dopo tanto tempo in questo romantico ristorante e ci siamo sentiti come a casa .Mara è una persona squisita e lo chef Marco Roberto vi stupirà con i meravigliosi piatti che crea.Avete una ampia scelta tra antipasti,primi ,secondi e dolci.La pasta fatta in casa è da 10 e lode ! Non sono di meno gli antipasti e i dolci.Riguardo ai secondi vi farò sapere visto che questa volta ho optato per il primo.Sono certo che anche i secondi saranno all'altezza ?.I nostri migliori complimenti?? e ...arrivederci a presto ( è una promessa ) !!! We returned after a long time to this romantic restaurant and we felt right at home. Mara is an exquisite person and the chef Marco Roberto will amaze you with the wonderful dishes he creates. You have a wide choice of appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts. homemade pasta is 10 and praise! There are no less appetizers and desserts. Regarding the second I will let you know since this time I opted for the first one. I am sure that the second will also be up to par. ( it's a promise ) !!!

Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria veramente molto gentile e poi una volta seduti e ordinato abbiamo iniziato un viaggio tra piatti deliziosi e presentati benissimo. Il conto più che in linea con tutto quello che ci è stato offerto Beautiful venue in the historic center of Saluzzo. We were greeted by the very kind owner and then once seated and ordered we started a journey through delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Buonissimi assaggini, buono il pesce e la carne (es. branzino o vitello). Qualità top. Porzioni medie, tendono al piccolo, ma secondo me corrette. Unico neo prezzi medio alti. Ci ritornerò! Delightful and cute restaurant in Silvio Pellico's birthplace. Romantic on the outside and cute on the inside. Very good tastings, good fish and meat (eg sea bass or veal). Top quality. Medium portions, tend to be small, but in my opinion correct. The only drawback is medium-high prices. I'll be back!

Piatti studiati, molto fini e delicati Ho apprezzato molto la precisione del posizionamento delle posate ad ogni portata e del giusto calice per ogni vino scelto. Ambiente romantico e raffinato. Splendida accoglienza e trattamento. Lo consiglio sicuramente! Complimenti ai gestori. Style of the environment perhaps a little too modern for my tastes and the location. I would have avoided modern sculptures and lights. Plates studied, very fine and delicate I really appreciated the precision of the positioning of the cutlery for each course and the right glass for each wine chosen. Romantic and refined atmosphere. Wonderful welcome and treatment. Definitely recommend it! Congratulations to the managers.

Pochi piatti ma ognuno particolare ed evidentemente ben studiato ed eseguito. Davvero una fantastica esperienza, assolutamente consigliato Really nice place, minimal furniture, mixed between modern and ancient but perfectly combined, extremely helpful and kind staff, fabulous food and incredible price in relation to quality. Few dishes but each particular and obviously well studied and executed. A really great experience, totally recommended
E	EM Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively small selection of beautifully seasoned dishes and a vast wine menu. Not much is vegetarian but what they have is absolutely delicious. The rosemary and cheese pasta was exquisite, as was the wine-poached pear. Fast, friendly service to boot.

Food menu was in English, but not wine menu: the latter is divided for pairing with food, which is convenient. They don’t seem to serve much by the glass, so be prepared for a boozy lunch. Food was excellent, though thin on the vegetarian side of things. Do stay for dessert.
