★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air con is mobile machine, VERY noisy, pipe out of open window, very poor. Breakfast poor, whole place very depressing ? car parking poor, no help with luggage.......
Nice location, town very quaint.

My words will never convey full meaning, so check the website, Google the photos, then book a room if it's your thing. If you do, then like me you ought to be delighted beyond measure! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancient convent, all refurbished and transformed in a four-year hotel. The rooms are actually the old cells of the friars, so the atmosphere is guaranteed. Very nice staff and a good restaurant is within the same premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Ancient abbey now a hotel. The place has been fantastically restored. Very comfortable and luxurious. How about a Jacuzzi in such a place. Just perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic. Sorry for just using superlatives but I love the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glorious location in a truly beautiful little town, with the warmest staff imaginable. The cloister building is a beautiful piece of history that is a delight to stay in. There aren’t fancy amenities like pools and gyms, but there is charm and authenticity by the bucketload - which for many people (like my husband and I!) may be much, much better. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and charming. Quiet hotel overlooking Saluzzo. The suite is highly recommended. Great to have complimentary parking and the staff who work there are so friendly and helpful. The views form the bedroom are attached. We chose this hotel as it appears to be the best hotel in Saluzzo and now we have stayed there, we agree.
Complimentary minibar and a jacuzzi was a bonus! It felt so relaxing to be there.
Use the hotel's advice about the directions to the hotel if you travel by car. Google maps will want to take you up one way streets. However, if you travel up an alternative road, Google will eventually get you to the hotel.
Visit the church attached to the courtyard of the hotel. It is one of the most historic I have ever seen. Again, some pictures are attached.
