D	Davide Plano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mie aspettative erano più alte rispetto a quello che è poi stato. Abbiamo preso la cipolla ripiena non era male ma i gusti non erano esaltati. Il polpo come secondo era gommoso e poco morbido. Le portate erano di qualità ma le aspettative di una trattoria di quel livello erano molto più alte. Consigliato a metà. My expectations were higher than they turned out to be. We got the stuffed onion it wasn't bad but the tastes weren't overwhelming. The octopus as a second was rubbery and not very soft. The courses were of quality but the expectations of a restaurant of that level were much higher. Half recommended.

Abbiamo gustato ottima battuta di fassona e vitello tonnato, poi salsiccia e tagliata di fassona. Prezzi onesti e servizio cortese. Consigliato. Very good food in this tavern near the center. Well cooked traditional Piedmontese dishes. We tasted excellent battuta di fassona and vitello tonnato, then sausage and tagliata di fassona. Fair prices and friendly service. Recommended.

Io personalmente ho ordinato tutti e 4 i dolci della carta sono veramente fatti bene con un'equilibrio tra dolce e sapori difficile da incontrare in altri ristoranti. 5 stelle Spectacular dinner with high quality peime materials. Don't forget to order the desserts, the panna cotta is amazing. I personally ordered all 4 desserts on the menu, they are really well done with a balance between sweet and flavor that is difficult to find in other restaurants. 5 stars
L	Loredana Civardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capitati per caso un sabato sera vista l ora 21,35 abbiamo chiesto se era ancora possibile mangiare, ci rispondono " certo è possibile vi.prepariamo.il.tavolo" Ordiniamo io un primo mio marito un secondo, veniamo serviti subito , piatti ordinati ottimi, veramente buoni Alle 22,10 chiediamo nuovamente la carta per ordinare altro e.....sorpresa ci dicono che la cucina è chiusa !!.....allora chiediamo un piatto di formaggi.....seconda sorpresa....non è possibile neppure questo !!!! Ci propongono i dolci , peraltro buonissimi specialmente la panna cotta. Peccato, belll ambientale, cibo di alta qualità, e..davvero peccato cadere sul servizio e per di più con una seconda richiesta ( i formaggi) Così semplice ... Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e velocità dal gestore. La sala tiene una ventina di coperti. Su una parete è disposto una scaffale con esposti i vini a disposizione dei clienti. Ho ordinato vitello tonnato e tajarin al ragù di cervo di Bra. Entrambi molto buoni. Carne del vitello magra! Tajarin molto fini. Siamo stati serviti in breve tempo, il ristorante era quasi vuoto. Prezzi corretti, si viaggia poco sotto i 10€ per antipasti e poco sopra i 10€ per i primi. Bagno pulito, servizio gentile. Ristorante approvato! Excellent restaurant, small in size, located close to the center of Saluzzo. I visited the restaurant for a business lunch. I was greeted with kindness and speed by the manager. The room holds about twenty seats. On one wall there is a shelf with the wines available to customers on display. I ordered veal with tuna sauce and tajarin with deer ragu from Bra. Both very good. Lean veal! Very fine tajarin. We were served in a short time, the restaurant was almost empty. Correct prices, you travel just under € 10 for starters and just over € 10 for first courses. Clean bathroom, nice service. Approved restaurant!
