β β β β β We had lunch here (a starter and a pizza to share). Food was really nice, service was quick although only a few people was there at the time. Waiters were friendly,however they only spoke Italian:)

β β β β β Francesco and Ella are a lovely couple who serve consistently great food and we always eat here when holidaying in Calabria from our apartment in Pizzo Beach Club! They were such a support to me and my mum for the notifications of the Easter Services!

β β β β β Food is excellent. Service and rapport with customers was terrible. I will say the pizza crust is amazing. However, the servers did nothing to make you feel welcome or valued. Too bad.

β β β β β Horrible food. Seafood not fresh, pasta under cooked and the Carbonara looked like spagetti with scrambled eggs. (And tasted like it too).
When we complained we were told we were wrong and still had to pay full price. Stay away.

β β β β β Worst experience in a restaurant in Italy so far! We ordered starters and pizza. The pizzas came while we were still eating the starters. We pointed to the waiter that we were not done with the appetizers and that if he left the pizzas at the table they would get cold. His answer was to push the plates from which we were eating the appetizers and leave the pizzas next to them. At this point, we had two options: eating cold pizza and enjoy the appetizers or leaving the appetizers on the table and eat the pizza. We called the owner of the restaurant to express our disappointment and frustration, she apologized but said that it was not a big deal, because we could eat the appetizers and the pizza together or eat the appetizers after finishing the pizza!!! I particularly cancelled my pizza and refused to pay the appetizers because the whole situation had ruined my appetite and had ruined a family dinner. She focused on the money and insinuated that we were complaining to avoid paying, saying βperΓ² voi avete giΓ mangiato la metΓ degli antipasti. Io non mi arricchisco con 11 β¬ di un antipastoβ.
In the end, everybody ate just half of the pizza (because of the bad mood we were in and because it was gummy and not well-cooked). The owner didnβt even have the decency to offer a digestive or a desert for their mistake or coming back and apologizing and seeing us off as I have generally seen in other restaurants when they receive a valid complain from a costumer. The owner was arrogant and unapologetic throughout the whole episode.

β β β β β Pizzas were nice but our order was missed twice.. we waited 90 min for pizzas at 21:00 with 3 young kids. Restaurant knocked β¬2.50 off the price and gave us 2 free Limoncello.

β β β β β I had ordered linguine with sea food. First, I thought the extremely small portion was typical for a primi piatti in Italy. A few minutes later an elderly couple next to me both ordered the same pasta.
Their portion easily was double the size of mine. What a scam! Guys if you like to rip off tourists, please at least do it in a less obvious way.
