Vale davvero la pena fare questa esperienza. Il titolare è gradevolmente disponibile a fornire informazioni sulle pietanze e sulla provenienza delle materie prime usate. È anche un ottimo estimatore di vini e giusti abbinamenti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo in un ambiente accogliente, pulito e pieno di calore. Franco che lo gestisce, è un noto sommelier cresciuto sotto la guida ferrea della madre Maria. Adatto per banchetti e per coppie in fuga... Consigliatissimo per la qualità del cibo. Sformatino di patate, bruschette al lardo di colonnata, pappardelle con funghi e salsiccia, orecchiette gorgonzola e noci, bistecca, cotolette di agnello, faraona, pecorini e i dolci... Unfortunately, I do not speak much Italian, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided personalised service and great recommendations despite my language deficiency. Meal was top-notch, as is the restaurant itself. Everything on the menu looked excellent and the seasonal variety is much appreciated.
