Interesting Table d'hote menu for lunch. Great beer , I've never had before : Menabrae : lots better than the peronni morretti. Try the terrace plate to share as a starter.

Don't get my rating wrong; the food is not so bad, quite the contrary indeed. The problem is the service far too slow. If you are in a hurry, it's better to look for something else.

Good food, incredible views, prices a little high and portions a little small but VERY nice family run restaurant

If you love seafood then this is the restaurant for you. If you don’t, go elsewhere because the entire menu is seafood only. The waiters were very friendly but the service was appalling. We waited 50 minutes for the first course (pasta for the kids), and a further 40 for the mains. Also they charged a cover charge (coperto) per person which I am never a fan of - especially as it was not mentioned on the menus. This was the charge for 4 pieces of bread? It was the most expensive light lunch we have had in a long time. Two main courses and sides, two pasta dishes and 4 soft drinks and it was nearly €90.

Nice service, good food, decent presentation of the dishes and reasonably priced. The dishes are sort of a mix between sicilian and local umbria cuisine, and they deliver the creativity you may expect from a more refined place. Location is nice, and albeit we went in winter, i bet the terraces are very pleasant during summer overlooking the lake. The only issue during lunch was the cold. The place was freezing cold and made the eating experience a bit uncomfortable. It seems that there is only a gas stove heating up the place that started to be warm long obly with the body heat of the patrons after we arrived and the place got full.
