L	Luca Noto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante è posizionato all'interno di un hotel, facilissimo da raggiungere con molte indicazioni ed un buon parcheggio ed accessibile a persone con disabilità motorie, offre quali locali ristorante, sia la terrazza PANORAMICA servita da ascensore (non climatizzata ma ben areata) che il salone da pranzo (climatizzato). Il menù è eccezionale, pesce di qualità eccellente, materia di alta qualità e di prima scelta, inoltre, lo stesso è stato pensato anche per i vegetariani. Nel contesto, abbiamo ordinato piatti tutti diversi, che personalmente, ma anche gli altri commensali, hanno trovato divini, non ci sono altri aggettivi per descrivere l'eccellente bontà dei piatti accompagni, ovviamente, da un eccellentissimo cuvée 1926 extra dry. Il personale estremamente gentile, ci hanno coccolato dall'inizio alla fine, non siamo mai stati soli ma, allo stesso tempo, non abbiamo neppure percepito il classico senso di oppressione; meraviglioso non è sufficiente a descrivere la bravura, la cordialità, la gentilezza ed il sorriso con cui svolgevano il proprio lavoro. Una nota particolare allo chef che, ovviamente, ha una mano speciale per trattare il pesce. Il conto perfetto, rispecchia il rapporto qualità prezzo, ben bilanciato con quello consumato, molto più che onesto, rispetto ai canoni dei ristoranti nelle zone limitrofe che applicano tariffe decisamente più onerose e con qualità più bassa. I piatti, tra un'ampia scelta di primi, secondi, contorni e dolci, erano tutti ottimi. Servizio cortese ed efficiente! We took advantage of the half board provided by the Hotel del Lago !! The dishes, including a wide choice of first and second courses, side dishes and desserts, were all excellent. Friendly and efficient service!

Cucina curatissima con piatti che esprimono, da ingredienti chiaramente di alta qualità, sapori semplici e raffinati allo stesso tempo. Oggi ho provato gnocchetti Tinca e pomodorini e (come secondo) un antipasto Gran Lago ... entrambi eccezionali. É stata la mia prima volta in questo ristorante ma conto di saggiare tutte le altre voci del menu. Terrazzo elegante con vista mozzafiato e servizio impeccabile e davvero accogliente. Qualità/Prezzo validissimo Completely positive experience in a terrific setting. Today I tried Tinca gnocchi and cherry tomatoes and (as a second course) a Gran Lago appetizer ... both exceptional. Abbiamo concluso con una caponatina a testa. Caffè e niente dolce. Prezzi adeguati. Great dishes and great service. Fast and courteous. Per ll cibo, siamo a pasqua e quindi spero che il problema fosse questo. Ma molto sotto la media di tutta l'Umbria. L'unica cosa bella, la vista. Il costo di quel piatto era 25€, a fine pasto. Considerando anche che non era stato richiesto ed è tornato in cucina pieno. LE BIMBE HANNO PAGATO ANCHE IL COPERTO. Antipasto completamente riciclato dal pranzo di Pasqua, e pure male, visto la coratella completamente asciutta in un panino secco, i vari bastoncini di purè ripassati in forno ecc. 2 primi di scarsa qualità, poco meglio il risotto, ma la pasta fresca assolutamente da cancellare. Gommosa e per niente condita. 1 secondo raccapricciante, una cotoletta d'agnello dura come il marmo (servita calda) con frammenti d'osso e carciofini fritti. Dolce ridicolo, composto da pezzetti di colomba avanzata il giorno prima, affogata in una crema inglese estremamente profumata allo zafferano... Raccapricciante. Degna di nota gentilezza del cameriere che chiede se può OFFRIRE degli amari, addebitati TUTTI a fine pasto. Il vino era abbastanza economico. Eccetto la vista, degna di elogio, il resto è da considerarsi una RAPINA AUTORIZZATA.
