Ho provato la pizza gourmet terre d’Abruzzo incuriosita dall’abbinamento dei vari ingredienti: clorofilla di prezzemolo, spuma di patate dolci, ventricina e caciocavallo.. sono rimasta particolarmente stupita dal sapore che si creava assaporando tutti gli ingredienti insieme, molto buono, anche se a lungo andare la spuma di patate dolci diventava un po’ nauseante se beccata da sola. Pizza mortazza ottima, pistacchio. burrata e mortadella. Se dovessi valutare solo il mangiare e il sevizio darei 5 stelle, purtroppo però ho avuto modo di utilizzare i servizi igienici e ne sono rimasta molto delusa! Capisco che la gente sia indecente, molti clienti sono maleducati e sporchi però in un ristorante del genere mi aspetto che ogni tanto si vada a controllare e nel caso si pulisca! Very nice, clean and welcoming restaurant. Very polite and fast service. Excellent, light and special pizzas. I tried the Terre d'Abruzzo gourmet pizza intrigued by the combination of the various ingredients: parsley chlorophyll, sweet potato mousse, ventricina and caciocavallo .. I was particularly amazed by the flavor that was created by savoring all the ingredients together, very good, even if in the long run the sweet potato mousse became a bit nauseating if pecked alone. Excellent pizza mortazza, pistachio. burrata and mortadella. If I had to evaluate only the food and the service I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately I was able to use the toilets and I was very disappointed! I understand that people are indecent, many customers are rude and dirty but in a restaurant like this I expect that every now and then you go to check and in case you clean!

Il ristorante si trova all'interno di uno stabilimento balneare, l'ambiente di per sé non è un granché, nel senso che nonostante si sia cercato di renderlo un po' più elegante attraverso l'utilizzo di qualche complemento d'arredo resta comunque uno stabilimento balneare. Soprattutto i bagni andrebbero rivisti e svecchiati, porte che non si chiudono e asciugamani elettrici che non funzionano sempre correttamente. È l'unico appunto che posso fare a questo ristorante, perché la cucina la fa da padrone e devo dire che finalmente si trova un ristorante che osa e propone qualcosa di diverso ai propri clienti. Noi abbiamo optato per la "carrellata di mare" (€ 30 a persona), un misto di antipasti caldi e freddi attraverso i quali si possono assaporare tutte le sfaccettature della cucina di mare rivista in chiave moderna. Un piatto a dir poco eccezionale, un percorso di degustazione intelligente e ragionato. Da bere abbiamo preso un buon Pecorino della casa (un litro, 10 €), poi abbiamo chiuso con un dolce per la signora, caffè e digestivo per me. Totale del conto € 86, non poco per carità, però rispetto a come abbiamo cenato senza dubbio in linea con le aspettative. Great experience. The restaurant is located inside a bathing establishment, the environment itself is not that great, in the sense that although we tried to make it a little more elegant through the use of some furnishing accessories, it is still one Bathhouse. Especially the bathrooms should be overhauled and updated, doors that don't close and electric hand dryers that don't always work properly. It is the only note I can make at this restaurant, because the kitchen is king and I must say that finally there is a restaurant that dares and offers something different to its customers. We opted for the "sea roundup" (€ 30 per person), a mix of hot and cold appetizers through which you can savor all the facets of seafood cuisine revisited in a modern way. An exceptional dish, to say the least, an intelligent and reasoned tasting path. To drink we had a good Pecorino of the house (a liter, € 10), then we closed with a dessert for the lady, coffee and digestive for me. Total bill € 86, not a little for charity, but compared to how we dined no doubt in line with expectations.

Food was outstanding, my wife wanted a porcini mushroom dish witch was not on the menu but the chef gladly made the dish with no hassel, I myself had the Sicily pizza witch was to die for. All round great atmosphere and staff were excellent spoke good english and always smiling. Special thanks to chef anorld
