★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pranzato ieri in questo bellissimo ristorante in centro a Bologna, piatti presentati così bene da sembrare dei quadri! Ho potuto mangiare di nuovo la galantina, piatto che faceva mia nonna e che purtroppo, da quando lei non c'è più, non avevo più mangiato. Tutto ottimo, compreso il servizio, se abitassi lì vicino ci andrei sicuramente molto spesso!
 I had lunch yesterday in this beautiful restaurant in the center of Bologna, dishes presented so well that they look like paintings! I was able to eat galantine again, a dish my grandmother used to make and which, unfortunately, I hadn't eaten since she's gone. All excellent, including the service, if I lived nearby I would certainly go there very often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't need to be a good expert or a fitness obsessed to learn to love food cooked à la evolution. The whole thing circle around the fact that healthy good can taste sooo good and still not make you ugly and fat and old quick. Said so I'm gonna suggest you to order Carbonara Evolution. Ask for desserts with jam because they have some really fascinating flavours designed by them.

The cooking is done properly, but they don’t use salt in the dishes. Way too expensive for the size of the dishes. However they probably use special ingredients for ‘anti-aging’ food. Not worth it in my opinion if you come as a visitor to Italy.
