β β β β β I wish I had more stars to give. ?The best Tartar I ever had in my life. Liked it so much that I visited twice on the same day in my 1 day trip to Bologna. Amazing ambience with lovely people around. Tartar with Cavallo meat is the authentic dish here but there are various other typical dishes that are worth a try. Nice place to hang out with family and friends. A word of caution - expect a long queue during peak hours as it's not possible to book a table ahead. Must try.

β β β β β Very beautiful place, nice food, specially the tortelloni, the cheesecake was definitely not what I had expected. The only downside, the owner was in a really bad mood, almost rude; as if I shouldnβt have been there. This is why I deduct the score; you pay good money to eat good food in a nice environment and the way staff is treating you is a part of the environment and atmosphere.
The waitresses, however, were nicer, this is why I donβt deduct all the way.

β β β β β Very rude waitress, I just wanted a cappuccino and sit for 5 minutes, I ordered inside and the waiter said he would bring it to me.
I sat outside (a lot of tables were free so it was obviously not the rush) and the waitress told me very rudely that they couldnβt bring me my coffee, because it was not a bar but a restaurant. 2 seconds later the waiter brings it to me...
What a lack of professionalism and communication in the team, really sad when itβs a beautiful day like this to experience rudeness and disrespect in a beautiful place like bologna.
I am very disappointed...

β β β β β The food is good, there is no question. The tartar of horse meat was delicious together with the crunchy bread, really top.
Pasta was supposed to be with coliflower and speck, but I received it without. I mean at the end they fixed it reducing the price and they asked me if I wanted another pasta since they finished the speck, but I mean they should have asked me that before serving me the dish. Thatβs why I gave a lower note.
Tiramisu was good too, but for my taste the pieces of chocolate are not needed!
