Per tutti e quattro gli anni avete calcolato erroneamente l'importo da pagare e compilato erroneamente i bollettini IMU. A causa di questi vostri ripetuti errori il signor xxx ha pagato un eccesso rispettivamente di: 568,00 euro nel 2016 569,00 euro nel 2017 569,00 euro nel 2018 569,00 euro nel 2019 per un totale complessivo di 2.275,00 euro in eccesso rispetto a quanto era effettivamente dovuto. Ed avete anche addebitato il costo di questo servizio al signor xxx, tutti gli anni, ovviamente. Da giorni vi e' stata inviata una PEC per segnalare questa situazione e chiedere il rimborso di quanto dovuto, ma finora nessuna risposta.
