G	Giorgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locazione ideale per passare una fresca serata nel caldo periodo estivo (consiglio di fare anche una passeggiata costeggiando il fiume ) . Qualche anno fa avrei messo 5 stelle ma ultimamente ho notato che le cose stanno peggiorando , la crescia , affettati,contorni bene o male sono sempre gli stessi (come qualità) ma i prezzi sono leggermente aumentati : 4 cresce con 2 vassoi di affettati (uno con salami e lonza e laltro con fette di prosciutto), 4 fette di pecorino, 4 pomodori e 4 fette di melanzana arrostite , un piatto di erbe di campo cotte ,una bottiglia di vino, 82 euro. Da segnalare al gestore che (stanamente) il vino della casa (bianco) era invecchiato (da noi si dice " marsalato") ,abbiamo comunque optato per una buona bottiglia di verdicchio. A few years ago I would have put 5 stars but lately I have noticed that things are getting worse, the crescia, cold cuts, side dishes for good or bad are always the same (in quality) but the prices have increased slightly: 4 grows with 2 trays of cold cuts (one with salami and loin and the other with slices of ham), 4 slices of pecorino cheese, 4 tomatoes and 4 slices of roasted eggplant, a plate of cooked wild herbs, a bottle of wine, 82 euros . To report to the manager that the house wine (white) was aged (we say "marsala"), we still opted for a good bottle of Verdicchio.

Secondo me vive solo grazie alla vicinanza alla cascatelle, altrimenti difficile che abbia clienti visto il basso livello della cucina e dei servizi. Menù classico, basico, tutto di bassa qualità. Salumi e formaggi sembrano quelli presi al Lidl, pasta cotta male, sì sono salvati solo la carne alla griglia e la crescia. I bagni e la pulizia generale del locale sono di un livello basso, al limite della decenza. Sì paga poco per fortuna....ma sempre troppo rispetto a ciò che proverete. La cucina i piatti sono nella norma il consiglio è mangiate la Crescia con gli affettati molto buona. Per i primi nello specifico le tagliatelle al tartufo l'odore di tartufo c'è per condire credo che venga utilizzato una crema di tartufo con pezzi di tartufo candito con molto olio. ● il tasto dolente è il servizio anche se la sala molto affollata ma neanche tanto abbiamo chiesto se aveva della disponibilità di due posti ci hanno risposto:" un attimo dobbiamo sparecchaire poi riapparecchiare e nel metre se ne andava la cameriera per poi conclure se trovate un tavolo vuoto mettetetevi seduti. ● le portare sono arrivate insieme tagliatelle, crescia e affettati tutti in una volta ● abbiamo dovuto chiedere la tagliata perché si erano scordati Il mio consiglio se volete fermavi è un si ma dovete avere buona pazienza di attesa perché va per le lunghe i prezzi sono nella norma The location is a point in favor of the only refreshment point for the cascades of cingoli. Ho assaporato le tagliatelle al sugo di cinghiale ed un buon misto alla brace. Il servizio é veloce ed il personale é educato e gentile. It is a welcoming and well-organized restaurant. It is located in a strategic area, a few steps from the Cascatelle di Cingoli. Quality cuisine. I tasted the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and a good grilled mixture. The service is fast and the staff are polite and kind.
