Ottime anche le chitarrine di Ro e la vasta scelta di carne. A place to come back willingly even just for that wonderful Italian appetizer that from banal becomes unique for the quality and intense flavors of its cold cuts well accompanied by local crescia. Ro's chitarrine and the vast choice of meat are also excellent.

Abbiamo preso dei primi, il cibo era molto buono e abbondante e la simpatia del gestore implementa il tutto. Entrati al locale aspettiamo 10 minuti buoni prima che qualcuno dello STAFF ci saluti o comunque ci accogli. Passati i 10 minuti il cordiale titolare penso ci dice che il nostro tavolo è nell'angolo senza accompagnarci, cosi entriamo in sala e come dei cecchini cerchiamo il tavolo libero. Dal momento che ci sediamo e prendiamo l'ordinazione passano 30 minuti, ordiniamo due primi con sugo di papera e cinghiale La papera sembrava macinato ed era insipida e poca rispetto alla pasta Anche il cinghiale non aveva quel gusto che ci ha sorpresi Proseguiamo con un filetto molto buono e agnello alla scottadito ben cucinato. Non abbiamo preso dolci Penso che non tornerò perchè la delusione sui primi piatti è stata tanta. Alcune cose da migliorare su servizio e accoglienza, per la carne sono bravi. The owner was very welcoming and playful. Excellent quality of food, typical of the place and of central Italy, with local cold cuts and traditional dishes. Prices slightly above average.

Abbiamo preso due primi, le chitarrine di Ro, fatte con pinoli speck e radicchio; due secondi, tagliata con rucola parmigiano e pomodorini; due dolci, mascarpone e crostata, due caffè, un calice di rosso un'acqua spendendo 70 euro contro gli 80 circa seguendo il menù. La tagliata molto buona, il primo discreto. A mio avviso prezzi un po alti. La tagliata merita. Nice and cozy place, polite staff. We took two first courses, the Chitarrine di Ro, made with pine nuts, speck and radicchio; two seconds, sliced with rocket, parmesan and cherry tomatoes; two desserts, mascarpone and tart, two coffees, a glass of red water, spending 70 euros against about 80 following the menu. The cut very good, the first discreet. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high. The tagliata deserves it.
