★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lasciatevi spaventare dalla location anni '70 (che peraltro avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata), xké Al Buongustaio si mangia bene. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. La qualità più che buona. Pizza onesta, prezzi recentemente rivisti verso l'alto ma accettabili. E su richiesta e/o su prenotazione, ci sono le specialità della cucina romana (il quartetto romano: cacio e pepe, gricia, carbonara e amatriciana; trippa alla romana; coda alla vaccinara; rigatoni con la pajata). Migliorabili i dolci.
Don't be frightened by the 70s location (which, however, needs a refresh), because Al Buongustaio you eat well. Portions are generous. The quality is more than good. Honest pizza, prices recently revised upwards but acceptable. And on request and / or on reservation, there are the specialties of Roman cuisine (the Roman quartet: cacio e pepe, gricia, carbonara and amatriciana; tripe alla romana; vaccinara tail; rigatoni with pajata). The desserts can be improved.
