Servizio a domicilio puntuale e con pietanze calde. Abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina e un maialino in porchetta con frutta sciroppata che erano la fine del mondo. Antipasti e tutto il cibo è di altissima qualità. Il personale molto cordiale e un attenzione maniacale per il cliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile! Consiglio vivamente. The restaurant looks great, new furnishings and excellent cleaning. We ate a fiorentina and a suckling pig with canned fruit which were out of this world. Appetizers and all food is of the highest quality. The very friendly staff and an obsessive attention to the customer. Unbeatable value for money! I highly recommend.

Ho trovato quello che immaginavo ad un prezzo equo ed un servizio impeccabile. Oggi giorno non credo sia poco. Prima domenica “gialla” dopo Natale e tutti i ristoranti blasonati e non della costa sono tutti pieni. Presi dallo sconforto iniziamo a visionare altri locali dell’entroterra. La mia compagna mi suggerisce il SiBi Bistrot e senza alcun controllo chiamo prenotando un tavolo per due persone. Solo dopo ho visitato il loro sito. Il locale e’ di fronte alla stazione ed è pulitissimo. Il servizio, vorrei ripetermi, è stato di una cortesia e gentilezza incredibili. Menu’ tipico rivisitato con una cura per i particolari. Il conto è più che equo: rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Ovvio, si tratta di un locale che non ha nulla a che fare con quelli stellati che ho recensito, ma a me è piaciuto, veramente tanto. Complimenti! Un’ultima annotazione: le sedie sono di una comodità indescrivibile. Ero tentato di chiedergli dove le avessero acquistate. In un locale due stelle Michelin dovevo alzarmi ogni 15-20 minuti perché le sedie erano scomodissime. Quelle del SiBi Bistrot sono fantastiche. You may wonder: why are there so many stars? Because my expectations have not been disappointed. I got what I imagined at a fair price and impeccable service. Today I do not think it is little. The first "yellow" Sunday after Christmas and all the famous restaurants on the coast are all full. Taken by discouragement, we begin to see other places in the hinterland. My partner suggests SiBi Bistrot to me and without any control I call booking a table for two people. Only then did I visit their site. The restaurant is in front of the station and is very clean. The service, I would like to repeat myself, was of incredible courtesy and kindness. Typical menu revisited with attention to detail. The bill is more than fair: exceptional value for money. Obviously, this is a place that has nothing to do with the starred ones that I reviewed, but I liked it, very much. Congratulations! A final note: the chairs are of indescribable comfort. I was tempted to ask him where they had bought them. In a two-star Michelin restaurant I had to get up every 15-20 minutes because the chairs were very uncomfortable. Those of the SiBi Bistrot are fantastic.
G	Gertrude Jekyll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando in zona con un'amica e il cane ci siamo fermate per una pausa pranzo senza troppe aspettative e invece... ci siamo gustate degli gnocchi fatti in casa con asparagi e burrata, verdure saltate in padella, croccanti come piacciono a me. Ci hanno offerto anche alcuni stuzzichini. Su tutto un calice di Lacrima di morro d'alba che mi ha riportato indietro nel tempo......non abbiamo preso il secondo perché dovevamo viaggiare, ma un dolce particolarissimo (mousse al frutto della passione) non me lo sono fatto mancare. Ottimi qualità, wservizio e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare a chi ama la cucina di qualità e senza inutili orpelli. Da tornarci! Passing through the area with a friend and the dog we stopped for a lunch break without too many expectations and instead ... we enjoyed homemade gnocchi with asparagus and burrata, sautéed vegetables, crunchy as I like them. They also offered us some appetizers. On a whole glass of Lacrima di morro d'alba that took me back in time ... we didn't take the second one because we had to travel, but I didn't miss a very special dessert (passion fruit mousse) . Excellent quality, service and value for money. Recommended for those who love quality cuisine and without unnecessary frills. To go back!

In entrambe le occasioni lo chef ci ha servito nell'attesa degli apetizer quali una vellutata e polpettine croccanti di patate. Molto sfiziosi. Abbiamo mangiato la Fiorentina che ci è stata servita accompagnata dalla piastra di sale, ottima. Dolce al cioccolato sale e olio davvero buono. Tutti i piatti hanno un tocco originale sia al gusto che all'occhio. Personale molto gentile e accorto. Torneremo di nuovo per assaggiare le altre proposte sfiziose della casa. Prossima volta magari farò delle foto per rendere meglio l idea ;) e.. buon appetito. Really great food, with attention to detail. We gladly returned. On both occasions the chef served us while we were waiting some apetizers such as a velvety and crispy potato balls. Very tasty. We ate the Fiorentina which was served accompanied by the plate of salt, excellent. Really good salt and oil chocolate dessert. All dishes have an original touch both to the taste and to the eye. Very kind and attentive staff. We will come back again to taste the other delicious proposals of the house. Next time maybe I'll take some pictures to better understand the idea;) and .. bon appetit.

Prima coccolati da un piccolo aperitivo omaggio dello chef, siamo poi stati avvolti dal gusto e sostanza dei passatelli per poi terminare con una Fiorentina (scelta dal frigo) servita al sangue ma con piastra di sale rosa dell'Himalaya rovente per terminare la cottura e darle una delicata e diffusa sapidità... il vino, l'olio, il semplice pane scelti con cura tra le specialità della zona. Davvero un ottima esperienza. Happened by chance, we found a pleasant simple restaurant without too many frills where the focus is mainly on food and customer care. First pampered by a small complimentary aperitif from the chef, we were then enveloped by the taste and substance of passatelli and then finished with a Fiorentina (chosen from the fridge) served rare but with a plate of hot pink Himalayan salt to finish cooking and give it a delicate and widespread flavor ... the wine, the oil, the simple bread carefully chosen among the specialties of the area. A really great experience.
