★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti cucinati senza passione, menu da €16 mancavano tante cose.consiglio di avvisare quando mancano dei piatti del menù.
Il proprietario ha il vizio,di spostare il tavolo dove stai mangiando, più volte a secondo dello spazio che gli serve.
Insomma Non mi sono assolutamente trovata bene, 2 cose però sono da 5stelle, Paolo il cameriere, e il vino.
 Dishes cooked without passion, menus from € 16 were missing so many things. I advise you to notify us when there are no dishes on the menu.
The owner has the vice, to move the table where you are eating, several times depending on the space you need.
In short I have not found myself well, but 2 things are from 5stelle, Paolo the waiter, and wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menù turistico ottima qualità per il prezzo speso personale gentile e cortese e il titolare molto disponibile e simpatico lo consiglio per una sosta senza pretese ma per assaporare piatti come fatti in casa.
Tourist menu excellent quality for the price spent friendly and courteous staff and the owner very helpful and friendly I recommend it for an unpretentious stop but to savor dishes like home-made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente ha dei collegamenti con cliniche private, infatti reclutano pazienti per le suddette. L'unico che sembra eterno e' il vecchietto che vi imbonisce per farvi entrare. Di positivo c' è che se se ne esce ancora integri avrete un aneddoto divertente da raccontare agli amici. Fate voi.
It certainly has connections with private clinics, in fact they recruit patients for the aforementioned. The only one who seems eternal is the old man who beckons you to let you in. On the positive side, if it comes out still intact, you will have a fun anecdote to tell your friends. You do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ed io abbiamo avuto un'intossicazione alimentare: ci siamo sentiti male dalla sera stessa dopo che avevamo pranzato in questo locale. In effetti molti aspetti igienici lasciavano a desiderare. Non lo consiglio.
My wife and I have had food poisoning: we have been feeling sick since the same evening after we had lunch in this place. Indeed, many hygienic aspects left something to be desired. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vecchietto alla porta ci ha inbuonito dicendomi che se non eravamo contenti non pagavano nulla e siamo entrati ,nessuno ci ha chiesto il Green pass eravamo in 5 .. abbiamo ordinato 3 menù turistici, 1 provola grigliata e una scaloppina nel conto risultano 2 scaloppine e niente provola e un supplemento agnello alla griglia di 2 € richiesto ma non ricevuto ,poi fatto stornare con le dovute scuse da parte del gentile proprietario, ..la cotoletta di maiale era cruda rosso sangue c'è l'hanno cotta dopo averlo fatto notare, Cercate di fare meglio , c'è molta strada da fare ma potete farcela,A ma i più,!!!!!un insulto alla Puglia e ai ristoratori Pugliesi non aggiungo altro.
The old man at the door told us that if we were not happy they didn't pay anything and we went in, no one asked us for the Green pass we were 5 .. we ordered 3 tourist menus, 1 grilled provola and a scallop in the bill there are 2 scallops and no provolone and a € 2 grilled lamb supplement requested but not received, then canceled with due apologies by the kind owner, .. the pork cutlet was raw blood red there they cooked it after pointing it out , Try to do better, there is a long way to go but you can do it, A but the most, !!!!! an insult to Puglia and to the Apulian restaurateurs I won't add anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico pregio (forse) e che non ci siamo sentiti male, ma per quel che riguarda la qualità dei piatti e il prezzo non sono certo all'altezza della Puglia. Questi i particolari:
Troccoli alla boscaiola: grossi spaghettoni fatti in casa ma galleggianti in una melma ai funghi (dado) e con appena troppo pepe.... e
n 1 fungo sulla cima neanche completo.... il tutto finito con 3 forchettate.
Fettina di MAIALE poco cotta
Orecchiette al sugo che non sapevano di nulla
Fettina di manzo SOTTILISSIMA e dura come una suola di scarpa.
Menù turistico a 18 euro a persona e non è previsto menù alla carta (e probabilmente avrebbero proposto gli stessi piatti che sono arrivati con una velocità sospetta).
Concludendo, ho rimpianto i panini che avevo in macchina.
The only advantage (perhaps) is that we didn't feel bad, but as far as the quality of the dishes and the price are concerned, they are certainly not up to the height of Puglia. These are the details:
Troccoli alla boscaiola: large homemade spaghetti but floating in a mushroom slime (nut) and with just too much pepper .... and
n 1 mushroom on the top not even complete .... all finished with 3 forks.
Slice of undercooked PORK
Orecchiette with sauce that tasted like nothing
Slice of beef VERY THIN and hard as a shoe sole.
Tourist menu at 18 euros per person and there is no à la carte menu (and they probably would have offered the same dishes that arrived with suspicious speed).
In conclusion, I regretted the sandwiches I had in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperto anche in pieno inverno a dispetto di molti altri. Uno storico ristorante dal menu genuino ed un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il proprietario, un signore di altri tempi dalla spiccata simpatia e gentilezza. Ambiente molto familiare.
Also open in the middle of winter in spite of many others. A historic restaurant with a genuine menu and excellent value for money. The owner, a gentleman of other times with a strong sympathy and kindness. Very familiar environment.
