Menu straordinario: ho provato piatti di stagione, gnocchi al tartufo e maialino a lenta cottura: superbi. Da tornarci più e più volte. Vale la pena metterci qualche secondo in più per trovare la strada. Ma le cose belle vanno cercate! A very warm and welcoming place, an example of how to make a virtue of necessity. Very cordial and very kind owners, welcome you into their home. Extraordinary menu: I tried seasonal dishes, gnocchi with truffles and slow cooked suckling pig: superb. Antipasto di affettati con salumi locali, pecorino caldo con miele e ricottina superlativa. Consiglio il baccalà e il capriolo. All'arrivo l'antipasto era già a tavola (senza averlo ordinato) e per poco più di una fetta di salume a testa, 10 mozzarelline, 1 cucchiaio di lenticchie e cipolle caramellate, ci hanno fatto pagare 10 euro a testa (per l'antipasto) più i singoli piatti ordinati. Nel complesso il cibo era buono. Scarso il rapporto qualita/quantità - prezzo Overall a nice venue. I was a little disappointed with the portions, very large dishes but with little content, and with the price. Upon arrival, the appetizer was already at the table (without having ordered it) and for just over a slice of salami each, 10 mozzarella balls, 1 tablespoon of lentils and caramelized onions, they charged us 10 euros each (for the antipasto) plus the individual dishes ordered. Ho preso un assaggio di antipasto, buono e pecorino con il miele, particolare. Pasta alla gricia non male. Qualità tipica di un osteria: genuina buona e senza troppe pretese. Do quattro stelle perché il capriolo era veramente veramente veramente ottimo e morbito. Lo consiglio fortemente. Spesa media 30 euro Very secluded rustic and cute little place. Very courteous friendly and helpful owner. Local and good cuisine. I took a taste of antipasto, good and pecorino with honey, particular. Pasta alla gricia not bad. Typical quality of a tavern: genuine good and without too many pretensions. I give four stars because the venison was really really really good and soft. I strongly recommend it. Buono l'antipasto, in particolare il pecorino con il miele. Le aspettative per il secondo, il maialino al forno erano molto alte, un pochino sono rimasta delusa sia per la quantità (4 fettine finissime scaldate al microonde!!!) che per la qualità. Il pane molto buono e il dolce, la crostata, buona. Ero stata a pranzo al ristorante La Botte in occasione del compleanno di mia cognata che abita all'Aquila. Ottimo pranzo. Dopo quest'ultima volta ci tornerò solo con mia cognata! Very nice and clean place, great friendliness from the dining room staff. A little expensive as a value for money. The appetizer is good, especially the pecorino with honey. The expectations for the second course, the baked suckling pig were very high, I was a little disappointed both for the quantity (4 very thin slices heated in the microwave !!!) and for the quality. The bread very good and the dessert, the tart, good. I had been for lunch at the La Botte restaurant on the occasion of the birthday of my sister-in-law who lives in L'Aquila. Great lunch. After this last time I will go back only with my sister-in-law!
M	Michela Gargiulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando per caso abbiamo trovato qsto ristorante , taverna "rustica" a conduzione familiare ...gentili i gestori ma sinceramente rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo ... antipasto inesistente per 30 euro ...primi buoni ma porzioni piccole ...secondi porzioni ridicole per 10 euro per non parlare dei contorni ...delusione Passing by by chance we found this restaurant, a "rustic" family-run tavern ... kind managers but honestly value for money we didn't ... non-existent appetizer for 30 euros ... good first courses but small portions ... second portions ridiculous for 10 euros not to mention the side dishes ... disappointment
