Prenotata con largo preavviso una torta di compleanno a forma di 1 per il primo compleanno di mio figlio con consegna concordata al ristorante per il giorno 11/08/19... consegna mai avvenuta. A seguito di chiarimenti telefonici, ascoltato un immancabile carosello di scuse e giustificazioni, è emerso che l'appunto della prenotazione era stato spostato da una dipendente e quindi sfuggito. Prenotazione fatta alla presenza di due dipendenti, di cui una con una conoscenza di oltre 30 anni. Fortunatamente il ristorante all'ultimo minuto è riuscito a recuperare egregiamente alla mancanza consegna. Posso anche accettare le scuse ma non posso accettare una tale inaffidabilità: un primo compleanno non passa due volte. "Consiglio" la pasticceria a chiunque voglia avere la certezza di una consegna per un'occasione unica. Pasticceria Regina, excellent take away pastry. Excellent products but seasoned with unreliability and carelessness. Booked a birthday cake in the shape of 1 for my son's first birthday with delivery agreed at the restaurant for the day 11/08/19 ... delivery never occurred. Following telephone clarifications, listening to an inevitable carousel of apologies and justifications, it emerged that the reservation note had been moved by an employee and therefore escaped. Reservation made in the presence of two employees, one of whom is over 30 years old. Fortunately the restaurant at the last minute managed to recover very well due to the lack of delivery. I can also accept an apology but I cannot accept such unreliability: a first birthday does not pass twice. "Council" the pastry shop to anyone who wants to be sure of a delivery for a unique occasion.

Ho acquistato la colomba pistacchio e gocce cioccolato,una vera squisitezza ,morbida, ripiena con gustosa crema e ricoperta di scagliette cioccolato e granella.mi è piaciuta molto anche a livello estetico.veramente eccellente!!!spero tanto che finisca presto questo difficile periodo,per venirvi a ritrovare presto...una vera e propria regina!!! I bought the pistachio dove and chocolate drops, a real delicacy, soft, filled with tasty cream and covered with chocolate flakes and grains. I also liked it aesthetically. Avrei dato 5 alla pasticceria che conoscevo da anni, confermo per la caffetteria. The pastas as good as ever. The girl at the counter very kind, nice, smiling. It was the first time I went to the cafeteria. I would have given 5 to the pastry I have known for years, I confirm for the cafeteria.

Do il massimo perché è veramente raro trovare una pasticceria con questa qualità e ottimi prezzi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da 10 e lode. Light and good pasta, I would have eaten 20! I came here two months ago for a vacation and I will be running back next weekend. I do my best because it is very rare to find a pastry shop with this quality and excellent prices.
