★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disservizi, errori, cantieri incivili, coi sottoservizi stanno creando solo disagi, tombini abusivi e mancate letture dell'acqua per cui ti ritrovi bollette altissime che non risultano giustificate dai consumi, addetti spesso e volentieri maleducati... Si potrebbe andare avanti ore. Pessimi su tutti i fronti.
 Disruptions, errors, uncivilized construction sites, with underground utilities are only creating inconveniences, abusive drains and lack of water readings so you find yourself with very high bills that are not justified by consumption, employees often willingly rude ... You could go on for hours. Bad on all fronts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio segnalazione guasti, suggerisco va rivisto. Ieri ho effettuato più di 5 telefonate con esito negativo. Nessuna risposta e tantomeno nessun intervento per un guasto al mio contatore che ha comportato la sua chiusura e la nottata fatta al gelo senza ilriscaldamento intanto l'acqua si spreca causato dalla perdita.
The fault reporting service, I suggest, should be reviewed. Yesterday I made more than 5 unsuccessful phone calls. No response and even less no intervention for a breakdown in my meter that led to its closure and the night made in the cold without heating, meanwhile the water is wasted caused by the leak.
