e	enrico marucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda che lavora su impianti vecchissimi e quindi soggetti a continue rotture, comunicazione delle chiusure affidata ai social network a discapito di moltissimi anziani che non li hanno o non sanno usarli, una volta passavano ad avvisare la cittadinanza con una macchina ora si sono modernizzati ma non è questo da modernizzare bensì la rete idrica perché è assurdo che nel 2020 specialmente d'estate venga a mancare l'acqua anche per giorni. Sempre disservizi e ogni 2 mesi chiusura dell’acqua per qualche guasto, che poi avviene quasi sempre nello stesso punto. Siamo al 27 dicembre 2019 ore 18.30 e manca l’acqua da piu di 24 ore. I give you a star because it is not possible to give you less. Always inefficiencies and closing of water every 2 months for some fault, which then almost always occurs at the same point. We are on 27 December 2019 at 18.30 and there has been no water for more than 24 hours.

Non viene mai effettuata la lettura al contatore e non si sa come quando e dove fare l'autolettura.. Uno non vi deve pagare poi.. Bad bad and I would say thieves .. Send 1 bill a year, disproportionate. The meter reading is never carried out and it is not known how, when and where to do the self-reading. One doesn't have to pay you then ..

Servizio clienti pessimo, rispondono alle mail dopo 20/25 giorni e sopratutto dopo 2 mesi dal pagamento effettuato sono li a scrivere che non riescono a verificare il pagamento per loro problemi. VERGOGNOSO Altre volte le bollette non arrivano a casa e dopo un anno vengono fuori che ci sono bollette insolute!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Run by dogs. Bad customer service, they reply to emails after 20/25 days and especially after 2 months from the payment made they are the ones who cannot verify the payment for their problems. SHAMEFUL Other times the bills do not arrive home and after a year it turns out that there are unpaid bills !!!!

E' un'azienda brillantemente candidata all' Oscar delle SCHIFEZZE. Purtroppo devo cliccare per forza una stella sennò il messaggio non parte. It looks like a ghost company rather than a spa.
