La signora Angela e suo figlio sono stati molto accoglienti (bambini e cani sono ben accetti), cucina tradizionale e di qualità a prezzi ragionevoli, locale tipico. Insomma, una buona scelta vivamente consigliata! We had lunch in this place on Easter day ... we couldn't find a more homely environment than this! Mrs. Angela and her son were very welcoming (children and dogs are welcome), traditional and quality cuisine at reasonable prices, typical restaurant. In short, a good choice highly recommended!

Cucina eccellente, casalinga e senza tanti fronzoli, il tipo di cucina che ci si aspetta da una tradizionale osteria abruzzese. Noi partiamo da Roma solo per assaggiare la loro coratella! La stracciatella la prendiamo anche ad agosto con 30°C!! Ingredienti freschi e a km 0 dato che molte verdure sono del loro orto. I piatti sono i classici della tradizione, si va dall'amatriciana all'agnello alla cacciatora, tutti buonissimi! Le patatine sono tagliate a mano e fritte al momento, qui le cose surgelate non esistono! Da provare assolutamente la panna cotta fatta in casa! Atmosfera informale e familiare, il proprietario (ormai un amico) è una persona molto alla mano che spesso si ferma per fare una chiacchiera tra una portata e l'altra. Sono ammessi i cani e sono trattati con tutti gli onori! Per concludere, alle Salette è possibile assaporare i sapori di una volta, quelli che si possono trovare solo nella cucina di una nonna!
