V	Vanessa De Blasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentavamo già la Cartiera del Vetojo come ristorante alla carta e non abbiamo avuto dubbi quando si è trattato di scegliere la location per il nostro matrimonio. A gestire la struttura in maniera impeccabile c'è Luca, persona meravigliosa, altamente competente e disponibile; ci ha ascoltato, consigliato e ha soprattutto esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura è incantevole e qualsiasi immagine disponibile in rete testimonia quale sia il livello. La cosa che è andata oltre ogni nostra aspettativa è stata la qualità dei piatti ed il servizio, vedere i volti sorpresi delle persone, ascoltare i loro commenti e sentir chiedere il bis praticamente in ogni portata è stato un orgoglio anche per noi. I ragazzi al servizio sono stati stupendi, seguivano i nostri movimenti senza che nemmeno ce ne accorgessimo in modo tale da servirci i piatti solo al momento in cui eravamo effettivamente seduti a tavola. Tra aperitivo e torta in tutto avevamo 8 portate ed i tempi sono stati perfetti, abbiamo avuto il tempo di mangiare, festeggiare e goderci la festa. Avessimo anche la possibilità di ripetere la giornata la ripercorreremmo esattamente per come è stata. Auguriamo alla Cartiera di mantenere questi livelli in modo tale che ogni coppia che voglia sceglierla per il proprio matrimonio possa vivere la nostra stessa gioia. Gianluigi e Vanessa We were already attending the Cartiera del Vetojo as an a la carte restaurant and we had no doubts when it came to choosing the location for our wedding. To manage the structure impeccably there is Luca, a wonderful person, highly competent and helpful; He listened, advised and above all fulfilled our every request. The property is lovely and any image available online testifies what level. The thing that went beyond all our expectations was the quality of the dishes and the service, seeing the surprised faces of the people, listening to their comments and hearing the encore practically in every direction was a pride for us too. The guys at the service were wonderful, they followed our movements without us even noticing them so that we could serve the dishes only when we were actually sitting at the table. Between aperitif and cake in all we had 8 courses and the times were perfect, we had time to eat, celebrate and enjoy the party. We also had the opportunity to repeat the day, we would go over it exactly as it was. Particolare la pavimentazione in vetro in alcuni punti dell'immobile per consentire di vedere l'acqua utilizzata nella cartiera per fare la carta... posto molto particolare! Il cibo è ottimo! Amazing place! Surrounded by nature. Particularly the glass flooring in some points of the building to allow you to see the water used in the paper mill to make paper ... very special place! In estate e primavera si ha la possibilità di stare seduti lungo il fiume tra il rumore della cascata e il fruscio del vento tra i rami. Lo consiglio per una cena romantica. È circondato dal lago del Vetojo da cui ne ha tratto il nome, e che gli trasferisce una bellissima atmosfera, soprattutto la sera. Ottimo l'aperitivo di benevenuto come qualità e quantità. Ho apprezzato anche l'antipasto all'italiana e gli gnocchi come primo. Le scelte dello chef sono mirate più all'eleganza che alla sostanza all'interno dei piatti ma la qualità è garantita. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Dispone infine di un ampio parcheggio. A place completely surrounded by greenery.
