★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di imbattermi nel ristorante casualmente. Ho trovato cura del particolare ed assaporato la cucina tradizionale del territorio. Gentilezza, disponibilità ed il "manico" del cuoco rendono l'esperienza interessante ma ciò che veramente è superiore, ed io sono molto esigente, risulta la selezione degli ingredienti. Qualità di gran lunga superiore alla media ed olio di oliva da standing ovation. Il conto, tutto sommato, è stato esiguo rispetto a quanto ci si aspetterebbe data la qualità. Ancora complimenti e grazie per l'accoglienza.
I was lucky enough to stumble upon the restaurant by chance. I found attention to detail and tasted the traditional cuisine of the area. Kindness, availability and the "handle" of the cook make the experience interesting but what really is superior, and I am very demanding, is the selection of ingredients. Far above average quality and standing ovation olive oil. The bill, all in all, was meager compared to what one would expect given the quality. Congratulations again and thanks for the welcome.

Ho mangiato un frutto misto strepitoso,leggero e di pregio...fuori di zucca ripieni, superlativi. Lo consiglio a chi ama la tranquillità di un ambiente elegante e informale
La Balestra .... has always been a reference restaurant in Sansepolcro. Professionalism and competence in the use of raw materials are the basis of their "pampering" the customer. I ate an amazing, light and valuable mixed fruit ... out of stuffed, superlative squash. I recommend it to those who love the tranquility of an elegant and informal environment
