Personale gentile e disponibile con la clientela per la ricerca delle portate più gradite e rapido il servizio. Un sorriso in più però non guasterebbe. Internal location very well taken care of but in the context of the Cristallo Hotel that instead presents itself for the years it has. Well presented and well-made dishes. Friendly and helpful staff with the customer looking for the most pleasant and quick service. An extra smile, however, would not hurt.
V	Valentina Pulcinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo capitati a Tivoli per sbaglio e per necessità dovevamo mangiare in un orario poco tollerato in provincia (14,30), eppure siamo stati subito accolti molto bene senza farci pesare l'ora. La cucina ci ha ulteriormente sorpreso, la qualità della carne, cotta e cruda davvero eccellente così come il prosciutto e la variante fettuccine (fatte a mano!) per le bambine, semplicemente olio e parmigiano. Le cameriere gentili ed educate. In più il posto davvero pieno di particolari di arredamento in tema. Noi siamo stati davvero bene e torneremo per la pizza la sera!! Grazie!! We came to Tivoli by mistake and out of necessity we had to eat at a time that was not tolerated in the province (2.30 pm), yet we were immediately welcomed very well without making us weigh the time. The cuisine further surprised us, the quality of the meat, cooked and raw, really excellent as well as the ham and the fettuccine variant (handmade!) For the girls, simply oil and parmesan. The kind and polite waitresses. In addition, the place really full of themed furniture details. We had a really good time and will be back for the pizza in the evening !! Thanks!!

Ottime le costolette di agnello e soprattutto i carciofi (siamo a Roma...). Unica pecca, mancava lo carta dei vini e non servono vino in caraffa come al Nord. Ma tutto molto positivo. Booked at the last moment as it was Valentine's Day. Great courtesy and availability. The lamb chops and especially the artichokes are excellent (we are in Rome ...). The only flaw, the wine list was missing and they do not serve wine in carafe as in the North. But all very positive.
