Sono stato assistito dal primo sopralluogo alla presentazione dei documenti in comune fino alla riconsegna delle chiavi, in tutto e per tutto. Disponibilità massima da parte dei geometri Dario Caruso e Ferruccio Mancini, sempre pronti a consigliarti. Operai molto professionali, competenti ed educati, nessun vicino si è lamentato dei rumori perché sono stati rispettati gli orari di lavoro (e questo di per sé vale già come biglietto da visita). I prezzi poi sono onesti, anche al di sotto di alcune altre ditte della zona, e cosa molto importante non si ha alcuna sorpresa finale rispetto al preventivo stilato all'inizio. Che dire, consiglio questa ditta ad occhi chiusi per qualsiasi lavoro di ristrutturazione. Maximum availability by surveyors Dario Caruso and Ferruccio Mancini, always ready to advise you. Very professional, competent and educated workers, no neighbor complained about the noise because working hours were respected (and this in itself is already valid as a business card). The prices are also honest, even below some other companies in the area, and very importantly, there is no final surprise compared to the estimate drawn up at the beginning. What can I say, I recommend this company with your eyes closed for any renovation work.
