Torneremo a trovarvi per assaggiare anche i vostri dolci che sicuramente meritano come tutto il resto, a presto! Cozy place, very kind staff, first quality dishes. Excellent Neapolitan pizza but not only, dry and delicious fried, delicious spaghetti with clams. Il pane fatto in casa è assolutamente da assaggiare e concludere con il Tiramisù Sbagliato assolutamente da non perdere. 5 stelle meritate, da ripetere! Cozy and modern, clean and young. La scelta a pranzo è pochissima in quanto non fanno la pizza, locale in mezzo al nulla con poco carattere ma i prezzi ne hanno eccome di carattere. 10 euro per un piatto di pasta con funghi surgelati oppure 8.50 per 4 gnocchetti alla sorrentina in cui la provola dovevi andarla a cercare. Le ragazze gentili e disponibili ma tutto il resto proprio non va. Inoltre fanno pagare il servizio che è inconcepibile e illegale (non deve stare a parte ma essere già compreso nel prezzo dei piatti) Excessive price for quality and portions (really thin). The choice for lunch is very little as they do not make pizza, local in the middle of nowhere with little character but the prices have its character. 10 euros for a plate of pasta with frozen mushrooms or 8.50 for 4 small dumplings alla sorrentina in which the provola had to go looking for it. O	Olmo Acanfola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a Pasquetta molto deludente supplì alla matriciana un semplice supplì al ragù freddo all'interno con sopra del sugo freddo che di matriciana non aveva assolutamente nulla, carbonara ai carciofi immangiabile di carciofi neanche l'odore. Pessimo sconsigliatissimo I was on Easter Monday very disappointing supplì alla matriciana a simple supplì with cold meat sauce inside with on top of the cold sauce that had absolutely nothing of matriciana, inedible artichoke carbonara of artichokes not even the smell. Very bad not recommended
D	Danilo Spanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina e un'ottima pizza napoletana alla periferia di Tivoli, una vera scoperta grazie a The Fork. Se siete alla ricerca della vera pizza e siete in zona Roma Est (ma non solo) e non vi va di girare per il centro questo è sicuramente il posto che fa per voi. Il locale è molto carino, spazioso e arredato con gusto, essenziale ma accogliente, dotato di un grande parcheggio, in zona isolata e non certo da passeggio ma vale comunque la pena andarci. Le ragazze in sala sono gentili e premurose, il menù arriva subito e ordiniamo due birre medie artigianali (ottima, la Amarcord rossa alla spina, perfetta per la pizza perché leggera ma aromatica), un cuoppo napoletano per due con frittelline di pasta, pizza fritta, crocchette, arancini e supplì tutto buono ed assolutamente artigianale. Il piatto forte arriva poco dopo: la pizza. Morbida, cornicione soffice e saporito che passa la prova del coltello e quella del gusto, fiordilatte fresco, il sugo di pomodoro e basilico profumato: davvero strepitosa. Purtroppo non era possibile prendere i dolci per forfait dello stomaco ma ci torneremo sicuramente presto e spesso. Da provare se amate la vera pizza napoletana, alla larga i fan della romana secca che si frantuma: non è il locale per voi. Cuisine and excellent Neapolitan pizza on the outskirts of Tivoli, a real discovery thanks to The Fork. If you are looking for real pizza and you are in the East Rome area (but not only) and you don't feel like wandering around the center this is definitely the place for you. The place is very nice, spacious and tastefully furnished, basic but welcoming, with a large parking lot, in an isolated area and certainly not for strolling but it is still worth going there. The girls in the dining room are kind and attentive, the menu arrives immediately and we order two medium craft beers (excellent, the red Amarcord on tap, perfect for pizza because it is light but aromatic), a Neapolitan cuoppo for two with pasta fritters, fried pizza , croquettes, arancini and supplì all good and absolutely artisanal. The main dish arrives shortly after: pizza. Soft, fluffy and tasty cornice that passes the test of the knife and that of taste, fresh fiordilatte, the tomato sauce and fragrant basil: truly amazing. Unfortunately it was not possible to take sweets for stomach lump but we will definitely be back soon and often. A must try if you love real Neapolitan pizza, keep away the fans of the Roman dry that shatters: it's not the place for you.
