Piatti di pesce e pizze molto buone, purtroppo dall'entusiasmo di mangiare non sono riuscito a fare le foto. Gli spaghetti alle Vongole sono abbondanti e ben cucinati. Fritto misto ottimo e poco unto! I dolci ricercati e eseguiti con dedizione alla cura del dettaglio. Bravi! Ho messo solo 4 stelle perché non ho provato a valutare gli interni ed il bagno per le pulizie, ma tutto il resto è da 5 stelle. Torneremo volentieri. Restaurant with outdoor and indoor tables. Staff very helpful and nice in the way of serving the customer. Very good fish dishes and pizzas, unfortunately from the enthusiasm of eating I was unable to take pictures. Spaghetti alle Vongole are abundant and well cooked. Excellent and lightly greasy mixed fried food! The desserts sought and executed with dedication to attention to detail. Well done! I only put 4 stars because I didn't try to rate the interiors and the bathroom for cleaning, but everything else is 5 stars. We will gladly come back.

In una cornice suggestiva, inserito in un vicoletto tipico dei centri storici, il Gattopardo è stato una rivelazione: penso sia uno dei ristoranti in cui puoi mangiare il miglior pesce di Fano. Ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che ci siamo tornati anche la sera successiva alla prima visita. I piatti di pesce sono di una bontà indescrivibile, con materie prime fresche e ben lavorate. Abbiamo spaziato tra linguine al cartoccio, ciavattoni ai frutti di mare, impepata di cozze, antipasto completo, risotto alla marinara bianca, fritto misto dell'Adriatico e altre squisitezze. Nessuno dei piatti provati ci ha delusi. La cortesia del signor Simone e dei suoi collaboratori poi è stata speciale. Hanno soddisfatto sia le nostre richieste che le nostre curiosità sui piatti, sul vino, ecc... L'unico piccolo neo è un po' di lentezza nel servizio, ma data la qualità dei piatti, vale la pena aspettare. E la vera sorpresa è che i prezzi sono comunque concorrenziali. Prenotando con The Fork, poi, abbiamo avuto anche lo sconto. Cosa volere di più? Noi ci torneremmo sicuramente volentieri. A real discovery, among the restaurants of Fano. In a suggestive setting, inserted in a typical alley of the historical centers, the Gattopardo was a revelation: I think it is one of the restaurants where you can eat the best fish in Fano. We liked it so much that we went back the night after our first visit as well. The fish dishes are of indescribable goodness, with fresh and well-processed raw materials. We ranged from linguine baked in foil, ciavattoni with seafood, peppered with mussels, full starter, risotto alla marinara bianca, mixed fried fish from the Adriatic and other delicacies. None of the dishes we tried disappointed us. The courtesy of Mr. Simone and his collaborators was then special. They satisfied both our requests and our curiosities about dishes, wine, etc ... The only small drawback is a bit of slowness in the service, but given the quality of the dishes, it's worth the wait. And the real surprise is that the prices are still competitive. By booking with The Fork, we also got a discount. What more could you want? We would definitely stay there again.
S	Sergio Saved on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una piovosa serata fanese ho deciso di fermarmi da solo a cena in questo ristorante che propone, oltre alle pizze, un menù prettamente di mare abbastanza ampio con occhio anche alle specialità del luogo (brodetto. rustita, fritto misto con verdure, ecc.) Ho optato per un’ottima degustazione calda di antipasti composta da Mazzancolle e ceci, Palombo e peperoni, sautè di cozze e vongole e brodetto con polentina. A seguire un Tagliolino allo scoglio bianco con cozze, vongole, scampetti e calamaretti veramente gustoso, forse solo un po' troppo acquoso il sugo. Un secondo a base di gratinati misti, cioè delle ottime capesante e cannolicchi...un piatto sufficiente per due. A chiudere segnalo buon pane, un sorbetto al limone, una buona moretta, acqua e del buon vino bianco della casa, un Bianchello del Metauro per un conto di 50 euro, davvero un prezzo corretto per la qualità e quantità delle porzioni. A ciò aggiungete un locale pulito ed accogliente con dehor scoperto e personale simpatico e premuroso. Quando passerò per Fano sarà certamente uno dei miei locali di riferimento e dove porterò con piacere amici e famiglia. Veramente un’ottima scoperta. On a rainy Fano evening I decided to stop by myself for dinner in this restaurant which offers, in addition to pizzas, a purely seafood menu that is quite extensive with an eye to local specialties (broth. Rustita, mixed fried with vegetables, etc.) I opted for an excellent hot tasting of appetizers consisting of prawns and chickpeas, dogfish and peppers, sautéed mussels and clams and broth with polenta. Followed by a Tagliolino allo scoglio bianco with mussels, clams, prawns and squid really tasty, perhaps just a little too watery the sauce. A second course based on mixed gratin, that is excellent scallops and razor clams ... a dish sufficient for two. To close I point out good bread, a lemon sorbet, a good moretta, water and good white house wine, a Bianchello del Metauro for a bill of 50 euros, really a fair price for the quality and quantity of the portions. Add to this a clean and welcoming place with an outdoor terrace and friendly and attentive staff. When I pass through Fano it will certainly be one of my reference places and where I will gladly bring friends and family. Truly an excellent discovery.

Accettano prenotazioni con the fork con sconto del 20% e pagamenti in yams. Lo consiglio. Intimate and welcoming place in the historic center of Fano. Nice staff and great food. They accept reservations with the fork with a 20% discount and payments in yams. I advise.

Locale un po’ nascosto, abbiamo prenotato con thefork, il tavolo assegnato era troppo attaccato agli altri anche se di spalle ma lo spazio dietro di me era 10 cm, ad ogni passaggio della cameriera era un continuo sfregare sul mio giacchetto ( la borsa l’ho dovuta mettere a terra), servizio abbastanza veloce , abbiamo preso 2 antipasti completi e un fritto… antipasti a DISCREZIONE DEL CUOCO quello freddo ok, quelli caldi ci ha portato una polentina sembrava il semolino mangiabile ma insapore , coda di rospo in una salsa tipo pizzaiola non ben definita ( neanche dal cameriere)con delle cipolline che sembravano quelle della sacla’ appena tirate fuori dal barattolo (se è una pizzaiola cosa c’entrano le cipolline acetose!!!)e mazzancolla con lenticchia bruciata si sentiva sia all’odore che al sapore ( se è a discrezione del cuoco una lenticchia bruciata non la servi!!!) infine il fritto discreto per essere arrivati a fine serata sapeva un po’ di olio ma aveva un bel colore e abbastanza croccante… se devo consigliare questo ristorante…anche NO.. il vino è stato portato caldo e per avere il cestello del ghiaccio abbiamo dovuto chiedere 2 volte..i tovaglioli non erano di tessuto!!! Prezzo scontato del 20% in altri ristoranti ho mangiato meglio e con più portate!!! Bad experience !!! Local a little hidden, we booked with thefork, the assigned table was too attached to the others even if from behind but the space behind me was 10 cm, with each passage of the waitress it was a continuous rubbing on my jacket (the bag l ' I had to ground), service quite fast, we got 2 full starters and a fried one ... starters at COOK'S DISCRETION the cold one ok, the hot ones he brought us a polenta it looked like the semolina eatable but tasteless, monkfish in a sauce like pizzaiola not well defined (not even by the waiter) with onions that looked like those of the sacla 'just pulled out of the jar (if it's a pizza chef what does sorrel onions have to do with it !!!) and shrimp with burnt lentils you could smell both that the taste (if it is at the discretion of the cook you do not serve a burnt lentil !!!) finally the fried discreetly to have arrived at the end of the evening tasted a little oil but had a nice color and enough croc sing ... if I have to recommend this restaurant ... also NO .. the wine was brought hot and to get the ice bucket we had to ask twice .. the napkins were not made of fabric !!! Discounted price of 20% in other restaurants I have eaten better and with more courses !!!
