La facciata è in puro stile gotico, questo lo si può capire dalla presenza di un bellissimo rosone; dalla strombatura presente sulla porta ad arco a sesto acuto; dalle cuspidi che fanno slanciare questa chiesa presenti nella parte del tetto, anche se rimane pur sempre piccola. Internamente è ad unica navata, con un abside rettangolare. La cosa interessante è la presenza di sette "lampadari" che precedono il presbiterio. Molto interessante. This is a small church located in the course of Fano, in the historic center.
