F	Fabio Thian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato sera, poco prima delle 20. Il locale non è particolarmente affollato e scegliamo di sederci anche per questo motivo. Ordiniamo 2 bicchieri di bianco fresco e una focaccia. Il vino arriva poco dopo l'ordine, la focaccia non arriva. Dopo più di venti minuti d'attesa senza che nessuno sia venuto al tavolo a dirci una parola, devo alzarmi per cercare il cameriere che mi dice frettolosamente che la cucina è in ritardo. Passano altri 10 minuti prima che la focaccia ci venga servita, nel frattempo il vino è caldo. In mezz'ora di attesa nessuno si è preso il disturbo di dirci una parola di scuse o anche solo di cortesia per il disguido. Alla cassa stessa scena muta; o non sapeva niente o ha fatto finta di niente, e non saprei cosa sia peggio. Quant'è? Sono 27€ "Ci dispiace molto per l'inconveniente, vorremmo scusarci offrendole uno sconto o un bicchiere di suo gradimento se preferisce" Ma quando mai.... Gli imprevisti capitano, ma gestirli con professionalità e soprattutto cortesia fa la differenza. Che qui non c'è stata.

I cocktail erano molto buoni, e L'analcolico creato dal barista sul momento era delizioso. Il personale é molto simpatico e disponibile e lo consiglio altamente. Patatine e olive da stuzzicare in abbondanza. Ci tornerei :) Very nice place to spend the evening together. A very nice, calm and relaxing place on an August evening. The cocktails were very good, and the soft drink created by the bartender on the spot was delicious. The staff are very nice and helpful and I highly recommend it. Plenty of chips and olives to tease. I would stay there again :)

Qui solo cucina artigianale, buona, come il mio piatto di cappellacci al tartufo che viene grattugiato fresco sopra i tortelli e non propinato in una salsa maionese aromatizzata al tartufo. Ho mangiato benissimo. Consiglio però di servire il dessert al mascarpone a temperatura ambiente perché i granelli di ghiaccio percettibili al palato non rendono giustizia al gusto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò. DO NOT confuse it with a tourist bistro with frozen and pre-cooked foods. Here only artisanal cuisine, good, like my plate of cappellacci with truffles which is freshly grated over the tortelli and not served in a truffle-flavored mayonnaise sauce. I ate very well. However, I recommend serving the mascarpone dessert at room temperature because the ice grains perceptible on the palate do not do the taste justice. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

Non benissimo l’assalto al green pass prima di farci accomodare e crescia da rivedere, per il resto tutto ottimo e di qualità. Posto ideale per chi può bere alcolici vista la grande scelta e un bartender a disposizione. Da astemio ho potuto godere solo a metà! Very nice and welcoming place. Qualified staff who aim for excellence. The assault on the green pass was not very good before letting us sit and growing up to be reviewed, otherwise everything was excellent and of quality. Ideal place for those who can drink alcohol given the large choice and a bartender available. As a teetotaler I could only half enjoy it!
A	Alessandro Gilotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had an excellent early lunch at this place. nice and fresh in a very hot day. service very cordial and helpful. we had Focaccia Marchigiana which was fantastic full of taste and light. we ha olive ascolane filled with meat and fish. really excellent. they do them locally and are another thing vs what you can buy elsewhere. top of the lunch was the Morella a coffee with lemon zest rum anice and coffee. something absolutely amazing digestive and full of taste. a place worth a specific trip to
