O	Ornella Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le aspettative create nei mesi precedenti all’ apertura del tanto atteso ristorante non si sono rivelate poi così appaganti, le tre stelle sono SOLO per la carne ottima e il vino buono … che si possono trovare però anche altrove…. Ambiente umido, in particolare il tavolo da 4 che ci avevano riservato sotto previa prenotazione era vicino all ingresso della cantina , non so da dove ma da qualche parte c’era odore di fogna…. E non eravamo vicini al bagno… il tanto atteso dolce finale la sfera che si scioglie sotto una cascata di lampone …. Non si è sciolto per mia delusione…. Conto tutto sommato troppo alto per il prodotto nel complesso… The expectations created in the months prior to the opening of the long-awaited restaurant did not turn out to be so satisfying, the three stars are ONLY for excellent meat and good wine ... but they can also be found elsewhere .... Il dolce non saprei perché le quantità dei piatti sono abbondanti e mi riempio sempre prima della fine ??? Consiglio per le comitive di prenotare la cena con un menù fisso così da non avere sorprese con il conto finale. Suggestive place to experience an evening disconnected from the daily routine, friendly staff but the highlight is the excellent and divinely cooked meat accompanied by an excellent wine. I don't know the dessert because the quantities of the dishes are abundant and I always fill up before the end ??? I recommend for groups to book dinner with a fixed menu so as not to have surprises with the final bill.

Le aspettative erano alte, in parte mantenute per la bontà della carne, anche se i prezzi non sono proprio economici. Da rivedere alcune cose; i contorni, c'è poca scelta e mancano i prezzi su molti piatti, non è rispettoso nei confronti del cliente. Anche la carta dei vini va rivista, compaiono vini di bassa qualità ad un prezzo fuori mercato, peccato. Nice and very intimate place in the central square of Fano. Expectations were high, partly maintained for the goodness of the meat, even if the prices are not exactly cheap. To review some things; side dishes, there is little choice and prices are missing on many dishes, it is not respectful towards the customer. Even the wine list must be revised, low quality wines appear at an out of market price, too bad.

Carne di livello superiore e cotture esperte fanno inevitabilmente lievitare il prezzo. Un menù simile ha sicuramente l'onere (e l'onore) di far conoscere tagli e cotture non facilmente reperibili e assaggiabili. Non sempre è facile apprezzare tanta qualità senza storcere il naso alla fine. Un locale simile, a mio parere, ha la responsabilità di creare un'esperienza gastronomica che permetta anche ai meno esperti di comprendere il complesso mondo delle carni e delle loro cotture. Menu con svariate proposte che sicuramente accontentano chi ricerca il buon gusto e le particolarità ma allo stesso tempo le tradizioni e le regole d’arte della cucina di carne (si percepisce il perfezionismo e la dedizione nelle cotture, mai scontata). Proposta dei vini di livello che si abbina perfettamente al ventaglio dei vari piatti proposti. Personale cortese, simpatico, disponibile, attento e preparato. Super consigliato!! Complimenti!! Finalmente un ristorante che propone un BBQ di alta qualità a prezzi accessibili. I was at the Sartoria yesterday for the first time, despite the organization of the staff still "immature" given the recent opening, I feel like giving 5 stars for the punctuality of the service, the location and above all the bill. Finally a restaurant that offers a high quality BBQ at affordable prices.

Carne davvero di altissima qualità e cotta veramente alla perfezione tutto condito dalla simpatia e dalla disponibilità del personale.
