Situato nel centro storico di Fano il nome, Trattoria 3 passi, in un primo momento aveva creato in me delle false aspettative. Invece ho trovato un locale ben arredato in maniera soft e moderno. Menù rigorosamente di pesce che cambia giornalmente a seconda del tipo di pesce fresco pescato del giorno. Abbiamo ordinato un po' di antipasti misti, primi piatti a base di passatelli e spaghetti alla carbonara di pesce, un secondo a base di calamari. Devo riconoscere che era tutto buonissimo e ben cucinato. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tanti complimenti a tutto lo staff. I met this place thanks to my son. Located in the historic center of Fano, the name, Trattoria 3 passi, initially created false expectations in me. Instead I found a well-furnished room in a soft and modern way. Strictly fish menu that changes daily according to the type of fresh fish caught of the day. We ordered some mixed starters, first courses based on passatelli and spaghetti alla carbonara with fish, a second based on squid. I must admit that it was all very good and well cooked. The desserts are also very good. Good quality / price ratio. Many congratulations to all the staff.
