★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza dough and ingredients were wonderful. Service was friendly and helpful making for great experience! Hydra is a must for those wishing a wonderful dining experience with wine (huge selection) away from the touristic crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a fantastic experience. Not only was the food superb, the service was absolutely perfect. They did not invade our bubble, but were always there just when we needed them. The decor was very cozy even though it was minimalist and modern. Such great food that each bite was a delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very classy and cozy place in the very center of the old town. The garden is a hidden gem far from the chaotic nightlife. The service was great and attentive, full of care. The food is fantastic and the wine list terrific! A monster list with more than 100 (I guess) natural wines from all Europe. Next to these, the great names of the Italian legendary wineries. The experience at the counter, drinking and chatting with the bartender gave us a plus to the whole time.

Atmosphere is very romantic and with plenty of space between tables
We had the chefs choice which was 4 courses for 50 euros. Very reasonable price considering the quality which was very good. We selected to have fish (could also have chosen meat).
Presentation of food was excellent a day food was very tasty.
Wine selection was great!
So why not 5 of 5? When a restaurant focus on fine dining I would except waiters to also come by table and pour wine / water when our glasses are close to be empty. They did not.
If I could I would give the restaurant 4.5 of 5.
If you don't care about a detail like, this I can highly recommend this restaurant and especially the chefs menu!
