This place is amazing! I would eat here every single night if I could. The service, the vibe, the feeling Inside are all amazing. The appetizer special was so good and let’s you try 6-8 different apps. The pastas were the best we have had. And we finished off with one of the tastiest steaks we have ever had. AND there are free unlimited self serve taps for still water, sparkling water, white wine, and red wine. The service was incredible and they gave us recommendations for our further travels in Italy. I truly can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you are fortunate enough to be in Salerno, 100% you must eat at La Botte Pazza.

One of the best places to eat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. You can drink water and wine as many as you want for free. There is were nice wall with 4 taps for still and carbonated water, and for white and red wines. You just come abd refill your bottle or jug. Starters were very good. We tried them all, amazing. Pasta omlet and some kind of vegetable balls were my favourite. For the main meal we ordered meat. Steak was ok, though slightly rubber-ish. Also, if you want medium or medium-well, then ask for well-done. I had a mixture of 4 meats. Chicken was slightly undercooked. Also I did not like something made of minced meat. Would not actually taking that dish. If you do not like salty food, ask not to add salt, because everything is pretty salty. You can have a look at some pictures. But in general this is very very good place.

We went to the Pazza Marea which serves seafood. Definitely a recommendation! Nice, cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. The chef explained the menu at the table (in english). Wine and water can freely be refilled. We chose the presentation of the chef for a starter. Small dishes with different fish, like tapas. Delicious. The main and desert were also great. One of the best meals we had during our stay in Italy. Good prices as well.

After 5 days on the Amalfi coast, this is the best place to eat so far. More than acceptable prices and for me is the first place where the wine is for free and good. I recommend it, and for sure if it would have been placed like in Positano, for sure all the other restaurants would close immediately.

We will definitely be back here! The staff was so friendly and great to us, and the food was very good and plentiful! They gave us so much food, and it was all absolutely delicious. We started with a six-plate appetizer, then got a great pasta dish, and then got steak and fries for our main meal (those fries were amazing!). We then ordered tiramisu for dessert, which was delicious and huge! Another huge bonus - no charge for drinks! Still or sparkling water, white or red wine - all are available as much as you want for no charge via spigots on the wall.

My husband and I had the best experience at La Botte Pazza. It was obviously a very popular restaurant because I think we got the last non-reserved table. We arrived early which worked well. The moment we arrived the staff was extremely welcoming and were able to explain the delicious seasonal menu in English. They have (free) self served wine taps - super fun concept that plays into their tradition of soaking fresh peach in the pitcher (and eat after dinner). First up was super fresh tomato bruschetta and fried stuffed balls of deliciousness (not sure what they were and not pictured but amazing) We ordered tomatoes Italian bacon pasta and this incredible zucchini cheese pasta - all homemade and hand rolled. The zucchini pasta could possibly be the BEST pasta dish we’ve have in Italy. After we shared a nice steak - perfectly seasoned. If your in Salerno - definitely a must!!!

Best restaurant that we had in a long time. The waitresse was an amazing person! We eat so much quality food for a very honest price! And there is even a wine tap! This is a must to visit during your stay in Salerno.
