★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cena, location fantastica, sia all’interno del locale che fuori. Un casale tipico abruzzese in stile fine ottocento. Appena entrati colpisce il pozzo all’ingresso. Abbiamo gustato diversi antipasti, tra i quali i cannoli croccanti con formaggio fuso e crema di zucca, davvero speciale. Altro antipasto: Uovo incappucciato in salsa di purea e scaglie di tartufo fresco.
Come primo consiglio la chitarra con tartufo e cinghiale !
Come secondo agnello alla brace tenerissimo, dolce L’immancabile tiramisù e tortino di mele servito caldo con cioccolata fusa e pinoli.
Consigliatissimo
Excellent dinner, fantastic location, both inside and outside the venue. A typical Abruzzo farmhouse in the late nineteenth century style. As soon as you enter, you hit the well at the entrance. We enjoyed several appetizers, including the crispy cannoli with melted cheese and pumpkin cream, very special. Another appetizer: Hooded egg in puree sauce and fresh truffle flakes.
As a first I recommend the guitar with truffle and wild boar!
As a second tender grilled lamb, sweet The inevitable tiramisu and apple pie served hot with melted chocolate and pine nuts.
