★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante è posizionato su di una bella terrazza nel centro del paese! La qualità del cibo però è appena sufficiente.. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare dove i frutti di mare purtroppo non sono pervenuti.. il condimento era una pappetta di pesce con qualche vongola, fritto misto composto praticamente da soli calamari, tre gamberetti e due pesciolini dalla qualità discreta.. Non all'altezza di un ristorante in una zona di mare, specialmente rapportato al prezzo..
 The restaurant is located on a beautiful terrace in the center of the town! The quality of the food, however, is just sufficient .. Tagliolini with seafood where the seafood unfortunately did not arrive .. the condiment was a fish porridge with some clams, mixed fried consisting practically only of squid, three shrimps and two small fish of decent quality .. Not up to the standard of a restaurant in a seaside area, especially compared to the price ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qui con la famiglia qualche settimana fa.
Abbiamo mangiato fuori sotto al grande gazebo che rimane in una stradina sopraelevata rispetto alla via principale di passeggio, questo leva un po' "pressione" data da chi passeggia vicino ai tavoli (la struttura, se non c'è vento però è un po' calda).
Siamo stati attirati da questa caratteristica ma anche dal menù turistico di pesce, in genere non scegliamo questi menù, ma per velocizzare la cena sembrava comodo, e così è stato!
Infatti il menù prevedeva una primo ed un secondo con contorno ad un ottimo prezzo, e le portate erano di buona qualità (spaghetti ai frutti di mare, frittura di pesce con verdure grigliate).
Il servizio eseguito da persone di esperienza.
Il conto buono, allineato ai locali della zona, il menù turistico ha sicuramente influito.
Lo consiglio e se tornerò a Castiglione della Pescaia ci tornerò!
I was here with the family a few weeks ago.
We ate outside under the large gazebo that remains in a raised street with respect to the main walking street, this leverages a little "pressure" given by those who walk near the tables (the structure, if there is no wind, however, is a little hot).
We were attracted by this feature but also by the tourist fish menu, generally we do not choose these menus, but to speed up dinner it seemed convenient, and so it was!
In fact, the menu included a first and second course with a side dish at a great price, and the courses were of good quality (spaghetti with seafood, fried fish with grilled vegetables).
The service performed by experienced people.
The good bill, aligned with the local area, the tourist menu has certainly influenced.
I recommend it and if I return to Castiglione della Pescaia I will stay there again!

L’unica stella che si merita è per la location in centro paese e la terrazza molto carina, ma per la cucina non ci siamo proprio.
Antipasto toscano che comprendeva solo 2 fette di prosciutto crudo e 2 di salame a fetta larga e sottile (crudo assolutamente non toscano, ed entrambi equivalenti o forse meno addirittura dei salumi in busta del supermercato), pane secco con un pastone che sapeva vagamente di ragù chissà di quanti giorni prima.
Primo piatto di tagliolini calamari e pomodorini… orrendi, i pezzi di calamaro (molto probabilmente surgelato) erano tagliati così piccoli che sembrava cibo per gatti, il tutto aveva un sapore di olio bruciato e basta.
Veramente veramente deluso, mai e poi mai ci tornerò e lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.
Il prezzo per 2 antipasti e 2 primi (scabrosi) + 2 bottiglie di acqua frizzante è di 60 EURO.
È stata davvero un’esperienza orribile non tornerò mai più.
Absolutely not !
The only star it deserves is for the location in the town center and the very nice terrace, but we are not really there for the kitchen.
Tuscan appetizer that included only 2 slices of raw ham and 2 slices of wide and thin sliced salami (raw absolutely not Tuscan, and both equivalent or perhaps even less than the salami in a supermarket bag), dry bread with a mash that vaguely tasted of ragù who knows how many days before.
First course of squid noodles and cherry tomatoes ... horrendous, the pieces of squid (most likely frozen) were cut so small that it looked like cat food, everything tasted like burnt oil and that's it.
Really really disappointed, I will never ever go back and I strongly advise against it to anyone.
The price for 2 starters and 2 first (gory) + 2 bottles of sparkling water is 60 EURO.
It was truly a horrible experience I will never go back.

I servizi sono buoni con il wi-fi gratuito e la pulizia delle camere ben accurata.
Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile.
Nella via centrale la sera ci sono molte persone soprattutto nel mese di Agosto, i mesi migliori per trascorrere una vacanza sono Giugno e\o Settembre.
The location is in the center of the town a few meters from the canal and the beach.
The services are good with free wi-fi and thorough room cleaning.
The staff is friendly and always available.
In the central street in the evening there are many people especially in August, the best months to spend a holiday are June and \ or September.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ben curato sia all'interno che all'esterno, è presente una terrazza che si affaccia sul corso di Castiglione. Personale disponibile, educato e molto simpatico! Abbiamo cenato veramente bene, sia le trofie alla polpa di granchio che il risotto di mare erano molto saporiti, frittura molto gustosa, rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza, raccomandato per gli amanti della cucina di mare, secondo me, uno dei migliori ristoranti di tutto il paese.
Well cared for both inside and outside, there is a terrace overlooking the Corso di Castiglione. Helpful, polite and very nice staff! We had a really good dinner, both the trofie with crab meat and the seafood risotto were very tasty, very tasty fry, good value for money. Overall a great experience, recommended for seafood lovers, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the whole country.

Restaurant in the center of the village with a nice terrace on the central street. We stayed on June 23, 2021 and found ourselves very well. Excellent fresh fish. Superb mixed fried. Fast service and helpful staff. Average prices for the place. Highly recommended.
