Oggi 11 ottobre 2020 dopo un anno sono ritornato in questo luogo con un panorama mozzafiato, e di solito dopo la prima bella esperienza la seconda è discreta ma invece anche questa volta bontà delle pietanze e cordiali vanno di pari passo son molto soddisfatto, nelle foto che pubblico purtroppo non si vede il piatto così come presentato perché ero così attratto che ho voluto subito assaggiare ancor prima di fotografare, Busiate ottime ecotte al punto giusto gustose così come la grigliata di verdure e la frittura di calamari e cappuccetto. A un km da Erice vetta e pochi chilometri da trapani conviene arrivare con la macchina o arrivare in vetta con la funivia per godersi un viaggio silenzioso in mezzo alla natura per poi scendere con un passaggio o a piedi per chi ama il trekking. Novità cabucetti mignon trasformati in dolce di Nutella chiamato "bombette di Nutella"Sono ritornato il 16 gennaio 2021 stesso trattamento e qualità. Atmosfera e cortesia unici

Today 11 October 2020 after a year I returned to this place with a breathtaking view, and usually after the first beautiful experience the second is discreet but instead once again the goodness of the dishes and cordials go hand in hand I am very satisfied, in the photos that unfortunately the audience does not see the dish as presented because I was so attracted that I immediately wanted to taste even before taking pictures, Busiate excellent ecotte at the right point tasty as well as grilled vegetables and fried calamari and cappuccetto. One km from Erice peak and a few kilometers from Trapani, it is advisable to arrive by car or reach the summit by cable car to enjoy a silent journey in the midst of nature and then descend with a passage or on foot for those who love trekking. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Fontanarossa restaurant, fish is fresh and cooked very well! We had local white wine and was just awesome. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have also pizzas and homemade pastas in the menus. The place is on the Erice Mountain so you can also get a beautiful panoramic view from the road. Highly recommended
