The owners insist on you waiting 5 minutes before eating them and that's a great point: the heat distributes evenly so that there are no cold spots & no scorching hot ones. The price is honest too!

La Tonda Frittata cooks these to order, has a great selection of flavours AND despite being in a tourist area, the prices are very reasonable.
If you're heading to west Sicily, go to Erice and buy some Arancine then walk down to the wall next to the car park and enjoy the views. You won't be disappointed.
