Tegenwoordig is het gebouw niet meer in gebruik als kerk en valt er bitter weinig te zien. The Saint Ursula Church was one of the many churches in Erice. This church building was created by merging two 15th-century churches right next to the old city wall. Today the building is no longer used as a church and there is very little to see.

Risalirebbe secondo gli storici del luogo al secolo XIV (1339), ma è probabile che il primo impianto risalga al secolo XII; subì restauri nel XV secolo, tra il 1430 e il 1436, venne rinnovata e ampliata nel XVII (1631), e nel XVIII fu decorata con stucchi negli altari. Circoscritta da alte mura, vi si accede attraverso un cancello di ferro battuto, prospiciente sulla stradina che da Porta Spada giunge al quartiere Spagnolo . La semplicità della sua architettura esterna , sorprende i Visitatori per la straordinarietà degli interni . Sulla facciata principale, un Portale realizzato in pietra tufacea risalirebbe XV sec. circa ; l'interno, una perfetta integrazione tra due ambienti diversi accostati tra loro, rispettivamente realizzati nel 1413 e nel 1450 circa ( probabilmente due luoghi di culto successivamente integrati ) .
