Per la carta dei vini vi lascio immaginare?? Very nice wine shop and restaurant in the center of Umbertide, well-kept traditional dishes but above all a lot of raw and non-raw fish. For the wine list I let you imagine??

They were followed by tuna and rombo, both skillfully prepared. We drank fruity Pinot Grigio. The service was good. A young woman, likely related to the restaurant owner, was so charming in her quest to practice speaking English. I want to increase my Italian fluency, so we spoke two different languages! A delightful evening and a really good restaurant to dine at.
