La cucina offre un'ottima scelta di piatti gourmet, con molti abbinamenti che potrebbero sembrare azzardati ma invece sorprendenti. La cosa che mi è piaciuta più di tutte, sono stati i dolci, veramente meravigliosi e buonissimi. Ottimo anche il servizio e la cantina.
 Small restaurant in the center of Umbertide with few seats. The kitchen offers an excellent choice of gourmet dishes, with many combinations that might seem risky but instead surprising. The thing I liked most of all was the desserts, really wonderful and delicious. The service and the cellar are also excellent.
