Ho pranzato in una piccola terrazza affacciata sul verde della valle gustando del cibo delizioso in porzioni abbondanti e ben presentate (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte, no?), coccolata con tante piccole attenzioni da parte del ragazzo di sala che, nonostante la giovane età, si è dimostrato assai professionale ma allo stesso tempo alla mano. Se dovessi capitare da queste parti tornerò sicuramente a mangiare di nuovo qui. Cozy place found by chance while wandering among the beauties of the place. I had lunch on a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the valley, enjoying delicious food in generous, well-presented portions (even the eye wants its part, right?), Pampered with lots of little attention from the dining boy who, despite the young age, he proved to be very professional but at the same time at hand. If I happen to be around here I will definitely come back to eat here again.

In the evening you can also find one of the best barman I v ever met mixing cocktails and with fantasy and love! GoGOGo and have some lovely time !

Umbertide doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants, but I have to say I was very impressed with Locanda Appennino. We ate on the terrace at the back overlooking the gardens and with a glimpse of the river. It was shady and lovely. I ate lovely fresh pasta with Pigeon, for a proper taste of Umbria. The others had a mixture of pizza and cod, if I remember rightly. Everyone left very happy with their choices! If you ever find yourself off the beaten track in Umbertide, go here!
