C	Carolyn Benizio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto intimo e carino, personale gentile e servizio veloce. Onestamente dopo aver letto le recensioni avevo delle aspettative più alte. Io personalmente ho ordinato una sorta di carbonara, mio padre degli spaghetti alle vongole e mia madre un filetto di carne. Nel complesso i piatti erano buoni ma nulla di particolarmente eccelso.Con questo non dico che il cibo non sia buono ma semplicemente che non è nulla di speciale. Sicuramente è un locale valido in quanto ad ambiente, accoglienza e cordialità. Very intimate and nice environment, nice staff and fast service. Honestly after reading the reviews I had higher expectations. I personally ordered some sort of carbonara, my father some spaghetti with clams and my mother a fillet of meat. Overall the dishes were good but nothing particularly excellent. By this I am not saying that the food is not good but simply that it is nothing special. It is certainly a good place in terms of environment, hospitality and friendliness.

In Sicily we have eaten very well, but the best place, by far, has been this small restaurant in Licata. 10 service, food and drink.

Sono stati fin da subito disponibilissimi concordando un menù fisso a base di pesce. Cibo ottimo ma soprattutto chef e personale super gentili, professionali e simpatici. Era la nostra seconda volta in questo ristorante e sono certa non sarà l'ultima! A presto! My boyfriend and I celebrated our birthday at this restaurant. They were immediately extremely available, agreeing on a fixed menu based on fish. Great food but above all super nice, professional and nice chefs and staff. It was our second time in this restaurant and I'm sure it won't be the last! See you soon!
G	Gaetano Ripellino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta in assoluto da De Gustibus, positivamente colpito già dalla telefonata per prenotare dove mi è stato chiesto per l'accesso il green pass trattandosi di un locale al chiuso (forse il 4°/5° locale a chiederlo tra tutti quelli girati questa estate). Locale sobrio e colorato il giusto, molto accogliente. Proprietà e cameriere cortesi e professionali. Piatti non solo della cucina made in Sicily, in particolare quelli di pesce, ma anche piatti "forestieri" tutti molto ben presentati ed assemblati. A mio giudizio personale qualche accostamento tra alcuni ingredienti da modificare (ad esempio la pasta con le vongole e pesto di pistacchio e mandorle, dove quest'ultimo "copre" troppo il sapore delle vongole sino a non sentirle). Il dolce poi è bello e buono. Da ritornarci, per provare altri piatti. The first time ever by De Gustibus, positively impressed already by the phone call to book where I was asked for access to the green pass since it is an indoor venue (perhaps the 4th / 5th venue to ask for it among all those shot this summer). Sober and colorful place, very welcoming. Friendly and professional property and waitresses. Dishes not only of the cuisine made in Sicily, in particular those of fish, but also "foreign" dishes all very well presented and assembled. In my personal opinion some combination of some ingredients to be modified (for example pasta with clams and pistachio and almond pesto, where the latter "covers" too much the flavor of the clams until you do not hear them). The dessert is beautiful and good. To go back, to try other dishes.

Strolling around the port and the center around 19.30 we saw people entering restaurant's or dining around the local pizzerias and we felt hungry so we decided to have proper meal and not grab a quick snack or panini as we firstly had planned!! After asking around locals for recommendations for a while and comparing them with Trip Advisor grades, we decided to go to Gustibus! For our lack the place wasn't busy and the chef took great care of us! The food was outstanding, everything he proposed and cooked, was so fresh and tasteful and if only we could had a bite from his meat courses cause we had fish and seafood stuff!! Even the house wine was good!! It wasn't just a regular dinner but a dinning experience that you can taste only at high end restaurants!! Fully recommended!!!
