Alla domanda se ci fosse altro fuori menu, la signora risponde di no e che la specialità fosse la " Fiorentina". arrivata sopra piatto di ghisa, stracotta , secca. La carne non si poteva masticare. Calice di vino rosso nemmeno due dita. Antipasto di salumi euro 8 fiorentina 40 euro al kg - 37 euro calice euro 4 acqua frizzante 2euro per un totale.di 74 euro!!!!! Lasciamo perdere tutto il resto. I prodotti offerti sono tutti di produttori terzi e le le piche cose che dovrebbero fare vengono fatte male, ossia cuocere la carne e il pane nel caso degli hamburger. Non basta scrivere la provenienza dei prodotti per potersi definire gourmet, ci vuole anche un cuoco che sappia come utilizzarli. E non è finita qui! Sul menù c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, nel senso che è imbarazzante non riuscire a trovare qualcosa di accattivante al suo interno a causa della scarsa varietà. Per concludere arriviamo al conto, ogni prodotto viene venduti a prezzi più alti di quelli che si trovano sul mercato. Logico che ognuno fa il prezzo che vuole MA una cosa inaccettabile è stata trovare il prezzo delle birre fatto solo per rubare soldi alla gente. Con 4€ puoi prendere una birra artigianale da 0.33 e la stessa birra con 10€ (ossia due volte e mezzo il prezzo della piccola) viene venduta in una bottiglia da 0.75, che è un quantitativo inferiore rispetto alle due volte e mezzo pagato per la piccola. Non vi ha spiegato nessuno che la birra grande viene creata per essere venduta a un prezzo al litro inferiore rispetto alla piccola? INCOMPETENTI! Molto carino, abbiamo preso un antipasto per 2 devo dire che era abbondante con formaggi, burrata ecc. Piu' panino, Davvero saporiti. Nn do 5 stelle xk ha peccato un po' il panino, non per la quantità o il contorno di patate,ma un consiglio che vorrei dare è di mettere un po' più di condimento in modo da renderlo meno asciutto, ad esempio quello mio era il Modicano, forse sarebbe servito più pomodoro visto quel bel hamburgher, buono, dentro.. Forse richiede qualche miglioramento ancora in questo,ma per il resto tutto buono. Anche ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.. Ci riandrei... Siamo andati a cena in 4 più una bambina ottimo menù molto vario... sodisfattissimi del tempo di attesa e delle materie pregiate e di qualità; Carni, salumi, formaggi, pane, dolci, insalate tutto ottimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ottimo anche il conto prezzi molto ragionevoli Veramente in bocca al lupo Really nice place, trained and very nice staff.
