★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went two times in two days. Both positive experiences. First day with a pizza baked in stone oven, second with fish based menu. Licata rules in the fishing - the guides say - and we had the proof.
The visit begins from the toilets, new and tidy, which is quite uncommon in the area for a place of avarage ranking.
If the first time went well, the second was great! We did well in following the suggestions of the two calm and available waiters. We experienced a whole boiled octopus split directly at our table, fried squid (calamari), swordfish steakes, frietes, bread and a lovable white wine in decanter. Espresso coffee from the house.
I and my dutch friends were amazed by the freshness of the food and the total expense. I guess we payed 2/3 of a normal amount for 3 people.
