I went to this sandwich shop several times, usually I always found myself well but this Saturday I was really disappointed ... the french fries were hard and some I couldn't eat them, plus a friend of mine ordered chicken nuggets but very spicy croquettes have arrived ...

Essendo un ottima posto dove prendere panini si trova quasi sempre la un po' di fila ma ne vale la pena I have always been to this sandwich shop, the quality of the products is good and the staff is well trained. Se avessi voluto sedermi per 1 e mezza in un tavolino ad aspettare due panini con patate e wurstel, sarei andato in un pub. Una confusione nella gestione degli ordini incredibili, danno un numeretto per il proprio turno, ma megli ostare davanti al bancone per capire se da un momento all'altro possa essere il tuo turno (e quando chiedi a che numero stai, i ragazzi al bancone ti dico 3 numeri diversi). Per non parlare degli "infiltrati" serviti prima di altri perchè amici di...Dico infine che dopo tanto aspettare al momento del mio turno hanno anche sbagliato ordine. Quanto meno il panino avevo un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e il proprietario si è scusato volendo offrire qualcosa, ma per il resto non ci tornerò più. When you think of street food, you think of two things: fast and easy food makes you prepare with good quality products. If I had wanted to sit at a small table for 1 and a half and wait for two sandwiches with potatoes and sausage, I would have gone to a pub. An incredible confusion in the management of orders, they give you a number for your turn, but better stay in front of the counter to understand if at any moment it can be your turn (and when you ask what number you are, the guys at the counter I say 3 different numbers). Not to mention the "infiltrators" served before others because friends of ... Finally, I say that after a long wait at the time of my turn they also ordered the wrong order. At least the sandwich was good value for money and the owner apologized for offering something, but otherwise I won't go back.
