★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting here enjoying the view as I type this review. It's the only thing I will be enjoying at this over priced over puckered restraunt. The calamari which is the cheapest thing was a basket of maybe 15 for 20 euros. A small can of Nastro Azzurro was 7 euro. The owner mentioned under his breath is that," everyone is playing games today," in italian. He has over priced food and the quality is not there. Keep moving past this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a week here and loved every meal. The vista is 2nd to none and the service is personal, friendly and fun. We are looking forward to our holiday here next year. We can't recommend Ristorante Da Ciro highly enough on what can be a busy island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is nice and service was good. The food was very mediocre and the restaurant is VERY overpriced. Do not order the specials as they will charge whatever they want, or at least ask what the price is ahead of time. This is a tourist trap.
The lunch was not worth the price. I would not recommend it. There are much better restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1978 I had lunch here with Tania Valverde and her Countess friend Diana and 2 of Diana's male friends. Diana said I must Play for my meal as I played guitar and had met Tania at the ferry landing in Napoli and travelled over to Capri with her. I was a 1st Class Petty Officer in the US Navy and Every chance I got, I went exploring in whatever port we were in. Tania and Diana were good friends and I guess an American Sailor was a Novelty for them. I will never forget the weekend I spent on Capri and the beautiful and Nicest people I met during my port call in Naples, Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad food experience. The location is great but that’s about it. I wish I could write a better comment but the dish I ordered was clearly frozen food… for 38 euros, it’s a total scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is mesmerising. The staff is friendly. That’s about it. We reached the coast on a boat and decided to go somewhere for lunch. We could not get a place in other restaurants and ended up at this restaurant.
The food was the worst. The chef did not put any effort to make our food. We ordered the most expensive items on the menu and we regretted it immediately. My home made pasta with monk fish was so bland that I had to return it immediately. They of course charged me for that even when I did not even eat one spoon of that. I think people end up here because of lack of restaurants in the area. THIS IS A TOURIST TRAP AND YOU MUST BEWARE!!!
