★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pacchi li lanciano nei cancelli, non bussano mai, i reclami ormai li facciamo direttamente all'azienda, non a chi ne ha la gestione sul territorio perché non se ne fregano proprio della parola "cortesia". Spero che l'azienda tolga l'appalto.
The parcels are thrown into the gates, they never knock, we now make complaints directly to the company, not to those who manage them in the area because they don't give a damn about the word "courtesy". I hope the company withdraws from the contract.
